Feeling like a nice chicken fried steak with all the fixings except ended up getting the catfish instead. Food was decent, sides... were good, fish was nice and fresh and not oily. Prices were on the high side, that lunch with two sides and two catfish filetswere almost 12$ and the cobbler was 5$. They do have an all-u-can-eat catfish fry on Friday nights. I might try and make itthere one of these weekends. I would skip the cobbler, the filling was not tasty and the crust was tasteless and mealy. Read more
Excellent home cooked foods. 2nd time I went in 2 weeks. Got the Meat Loaf. It was outstanding. Hidden gem of a restaurant. ... Great specials for dinner. Great waitress too, Georgia. Got CFS mashed taters and pea salad. YUM. yeast rolls were fluffy and buttered. And got a piece or 2 of pie. Lol coconut ... pictures. Banana ...forgot. All good! Staff was all very nice.
