Staff was attentive and kind, however the food was severely lacking. The deep dish pizza was brought to us very quickly, which I... found strange, however upon consumption we immediately realized it was barely warm if even at all, the cheese was very solidand the dough just very overcooked, the pizza is deep dish style by title only, with its scarce toppings and flat construction.Second dish was the BBQ buffalo burger, The bun was a little doughy for my taste, not quite raw but not what I would of expectedfrom BJ’s dine in restaurant quality. The Patty itself was unexpectedly raw in the center, I typically order a burger mediumrare (I was not asked how I would like it cooked) so this came as a shock to me, and lastly the bacon macaroni and cheese wasnot even macaroni but a small grits or bead like substance smothered in cheese. The waiter was 5 star. The cook was a 0 stars. My husband got the nachos with chicken. I could barely see any chick on the... nachos. I got the chicken club sandwich. Think they call it the California something. I ate half the sandwich. Took the otherhalf home. I thought it was weird that the chicken was cut in to strips. I ate across the top of the sandwich and little piecesof chicken where coming out. I was going to arrange to make sure it didn't fall out again. I opened sandwich there was no morechicken. They had loaded it with avocado.i will not be going back. I know we are having shortages if food and staff. We were okpaying higher prices but can even get a whole sandwich. Another bites the dust. Beautiful welcoming ambience! Bar area and seating area are stylish and comfortable. Good vegetarian options. Happy hour and... deal of the day are good. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The place is busy most of the time for the prime location, soreservation for bigger groups is good idea. Portion sizes are small and could be reasonable for the prices charged. Read more

The pizza had bare spots, barely any toppings especially for a sharable! The brisket burger had raw hamburger in most of the... center. This is our third consecutive bad experience over the last 18 months. Putting out a good product is obviously nottheir intention. Your second chances have run out. No more. The family and I came by one evening for a bite to eat and had some really great service from Kenneth. We were surprised but... many of the apps we wanted were not in stock due to supply issues. However, he did a great job of making some suggestions ofthings for us to try. The Bone in Chicken Thighs were out of this world amazing with the dry rub. Probably the best thing I'veever had at BJs. a good experience overall 5/10... nothing too exciting - beer is good, pizza is average. the customer service at the bar was a... bit disappointing - ordered a small personal vegetarian and received a single pepperoni under the cheese... the small plate wasvisibly dirty and the bar tender seemed bothered when I asked for a clean plate. nevermind the hassle it was to receive a napkinand silverware. These ribs tasted wonderful. Some of the best tasting ribs I've had! EDIT: I lowered my review by one star because they had a... giant sign outside for happy hour, which I've never seen before, but come to find out, it's limited only to the bar and patio...I've never seen a restaurant only reserve happy hour for certain seating areas.
