My wife and I ordered ahead to pick up in drive thru. We arrived with 1 vehicle ahead of us. We had to wait a few minutes while... they got their order of 2 1-scoop ice creams. When we finally got to the window, our drinks were not ready so we had to waitlonger. Read more

We stopped for a treat. The sugar cone was stale and the doughnuts tasted like day old doughnuts. The service was good and the... bathrooms were clean. I didn?t eat any of it. Read more

Had to wait forever to know if they have 1 flavor ice cream I asked. Had 1 worker with other customer, and 2 workers chatting... at the back and not wanted to help. Already messed up 4 times on delivery app, so I decided to go in-person! And STILL MESSEDUP! Read more

If you don?t like your job then go somewhere else because bad customer service is not what?s up. I?m gonna need this place to... reach out to me on the freshness of their cones. The entire order was wrong, and you could clearly see where someone had spit in my icecream. When trying to reach the store... manager, no calls were answered, and now having to deal with this in person tomorrow. Read more

We weren't impressed either. We arrived after a plumbing leak of some kind and were asked to wait a few minutes before coming in... as they were cleaning up. That's understandable. When we got in the store, however, it did feel "dirty". I checked theprepacked ice creams for the flavor I wanted (chocolate with peanut butter) and they didn't have any. I asked if I what is ondisplay is all they have in stock since the chocolate peanut butter was really low and then I wanted to know if that was enoughto make a packed pint. They insisted on checking the prepacked freezer themselves then went to the back to check there as wellbut it turned out that "what you see is what you get". So, not enough to pack, I guess. So I ordered a Reese's Peanut ButterSundae although I asked it be made with the chocolate peanut butter ice cream instead. That didn't happen. As I looked into theice creams, you could see the freezers badly needed defrosting and many of the ice cream flavors looked freezer burnt or had icethat was built up inside of the freezer on top of them. We also observed an employee's spouse (?) and young (minor) child enterthe employee area behind the counters. (No OSHA violation there!) This store's floors have always felt permanently sticky inprevious visits. And I can relate to the other reviewer about the store being out of inventory. Past visits I have asked forwhatever specialty bacon sandwich was going on at that time only to be told they were out of that specialty bacon. So I orderedanother plain bacon product and was told they were out of plain bacon too. Are you telling me the company doesn't utilize aninventory/purchasing system that can analyze and predict the inventory needs of the store? It's 2019...the technology is there.Please utilize it.
