My family and I come to this location and shop a lot and we always stop here. Came in today by myself and ordered a cinnamon... pretzel and asked for it to be made fresh. Every other time we visit the pretzels are always hard and not edible at all. So theguy with a bush on his head told me it would be a wait for 25 minutes before a pretzel will be made and done. So I told him Iwould wait. Now they?re making everything but a cinnamon pretzel. Mind you they had no cinnamon pretzels even ready. Not surewho owns this franchise but I will not be spending money here anymore. You can see the workers standing around laughing andtalking. Went today Satuday 21 around 6:45pm to the store wanting some cinnamon pretzels, there was 5 employees in the store but cero... pretzels done, the staffing was just talking and goofing around and only one girl was in the cashier, needed to wait 20 min toget some pretzels , because the ones that they left making got burn. Non of the staffing took responsibility to take charge andmake production and give great service. Read more
Ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel and let's just say it was More cinnamon sugar than pretzel.. the almond pretzel was not fully... cooked.. we were so disappointed today..we Love The pretzel but today was a fail. And I did see the guy working on making thepretzel say there's something flying around and got the fly swatter and spray while the dough was there on the counter.. veryunsanitary people trust to get food and he's swatting something ..
