Unprofessional, rude, and nasty. Stood at the front for a few minutes while they saw me from back, no problem, they had 2... pretzels to choose from and when I picked it, they were super hard. The girl working today could not have been more rude. If ALL you have is almond pretzels then why bother to ask what someone... wants?? You don't bother to say when more will be ready you just say that's all I have. Obviously Customer Service is not in thejib description. Needless to say I won't go back.
