Fries were reheated and meat had a dark ring round all edges, I have a very bitter taste in my mouth and upset stomach. Also... almost all the tables were dirty and the place was empty except for my self and one other gentleman. As I'm leaving the managerand cashier were playing some game with each other. Try cleaning store and food quality before games are played. Will not beback.. Read more

First time at this location. Three customers and I had to wait at least 10 minutes for our food to be done. 10 minutes isn't too... bad, being I rather wait then have my order messed up. The staff was friendly, plus food was hot and fresh. The gyro wasn't asgood as the one's I purchased from other locations in the pass. I'm not a big Arby's fan so I can't see myself returning to anylocation unless they start selling burgers again. Read more

I just ordered a lot of food for my family. I waited not very long and everything was correct and fresh. However...I asked for... sauce. And I had plenty except they accidentally missed one. No problem. So I go back through the drive through and said "Heythere, I just ordered some food and asked for some sauces...do you guys have bronco berry sauce still?" I haven't been to anArby's in months so I wasn't sure. They apologized and told me to pull up. So I did. The guy at the drive thru yelled across theother side to me and said wait there! I said okay. He came out to me, apologized and brought me more than enough of the sauceforgotten and some of the other. Perfect and easy right and what great service! I thanked him at least twice. As I'm pullingaway I hear him yell before he goes back inside the building..."Then try acting less like it's a huge problem then if it'sreally okay!!" I was shocked and confused. I was very polite and nice. That was uncalled for. I have never been to this Arby'sbefore and won't be back. I guess he thought I didn't hear him or maybe he hoped I would. So if he's reading this...I genuinelydidn't mean to sound offended. Because I wasn't. I wasn't even in any hurry. It's just sauce. I just paid $8 for a classic roast beef and a large iced tea. The tea had almost no ice, and the sandwich was horrible. The... meat was sliced so thick and was so tough I could not eat it. I was starving, I tried but could not. The meat had theconsistency of a large thick rubber band. I would have a least enjoyed the tea as it is 106 degrees outside, but there were twoice cubes, gone immediately. I never go to the trouble to complain, but this was a waste of money. I gave one star as I couldnot post without hitting it. I do not recommend this store! Read more

I didn't even get to order. Me and my partner came in on lunch break, dining room is empty, drive through is empty, we can hear... the staff goofing off in the back. After a minute or two I started talking nice and loud about how hungry I was so they wouldknow we were there. After still no service, we left. Embarrassingly lazy staff. Read more

Only one employee working. He was very nice. Unfortunately, he made my sandwiches with very little meat. Fries were hot from the... fryers. Shake was awesome. The 2 stars are in no way a reflection on the employee. This is in protest to the sacrifice ofservice, in attempting to operate a restaurant with one person. Read more
