These have to be the most incompetent employees in the history of employees. I ordered the bacon parmesan waygu burger (not the... deluxe) but they tried to give me the deluxe. Long story short, after 3 attempts this is what I ended up with. (See pic). A halfdone burger ???? Read more

Yesterday, 8/9/22, my daughter and I went to Arby?s to use the 2 can dine for $12.99 coupon. There was a line inside. Three... orders ahead of us. When we got up to the counter to order, I presented the coupon, everything was rung up but the subtotal wasnot $12.99. So, I argued it. It wasn?t much more but I feel that restaurants do this without customers really noticing and Ifeel that it?s something that people need to be aware of. The manager came over and fixed it. We were gonna carry out but theydid not ask me if it was dine-in or carry out so they just put dine-in,The order was put in at 7:40 PM. They did not give us ourcups after the transaction. We sat down at a table and began to wait. 5 minutes? 10 minutes? 15 minutes? 20 minutes? at thispoint, I go back up to the counter to see where my order is. It?s on the screen, next to be prepared, and they say they?rewaiting on fries. I sit back down. Another 5 minutes go by? 10 minutes? I get back up again and go to the counter. My order isnot on the screen. The cashier asks the other workers where the order that was just on the counter was, because she was going tobring it to me. Another employee says, ?is something missing?? I show the receipt and say, ?my whole order? because I haven?treceived it. Another employee says she put the food that was on the counter ?back? because someone else said it wasn?t neededanymore or the order was canceled (similar to that). So they began to put my order together again. 8:12 PM? 8:12 PM? I got myorder. The mozzarella sticks were hot, the fries were warm, the roast beef sandwiches were almost cold. This was the worstexperience I?ve ever had and this honestly turned me off from going back. Read more

This restaurant was amazing! The first time we went to this location everyone was polite, food came out on time and correct, and... most of all my Wagu burger was AMAZING! I craved that burger for a week! Then we went back today and I got the same thing butthrough the drive thru. Amazing attitudes, polite, order was completely correct, nothing cold, and best of all?MY BURGER tastedjust like the first!!!! Way to go you guys and you have made a repeat customer time and time again! 10/10 will recommend! Read more

It's been a while since I've been here and I live literally 10 min away from this place but mother suggested it and she always... has good suggestions lol. Those damn white cheddar Mac n Cheese! ???????????????? I got the pecan Chicken salad. I asked if thebread comes toasted and I was told yes but it wasn't ???? it's ok it is we still pretty good and last but not least the Orangecream Shake was so damn good I wanted a large. Read more

The drive thru line has been backed up for 30 mins and the doors into the store are locked. Such a shame because Arby?s is... typically a decent place to grab a meal on the go. Flyers with coupons were just sent out this week in our area and clearly thebusiness isn?t prepared to take advantage of the business generated from the advertising investment. Hopefully someone fromcorporate sees this and steps in to help salvage the brand in this area. This location needs some serious process training?. Read more
