Drive-thru had one single passenger in front 17 minutes later I made my order a delish #1 sandwich only and perfection melted... mozza stix transaction with the most courteous of young ladies I have had the pleasure of encountering this day and age wasquite refreshing. This place does not know what it is doing. This place refused to honor the price on the menu for the real country rib sandwich... in which was 2 dollars more than menu they just said its a misprint and said sorry. Will not be back. Read more

Out of almost everything I ordered. No pitas for gyros, so it was put in a wrap. No cheesesticks fir one of the meals and... nothing subbed. No drinks except sprite or root beer. Ordered cherry turnovers, but of course they were out and thought applewere going to be subbed, but nothing was sent. I understand supply chain issues, but if you can't fill delivery orders, turnoff delivery. Read more

Customer service was good and the food was as expected but unfortunately for them their truck hasn't been coming and their... supplies were very low they did not have a lot of things on the menu if you don't have a lot of things on the menu maybe youshouldn't even open business that day Read more

Great food. Girl up front is nice. The cook and manager need to quit. They messed up my sons food 3 times. The manager asked the... cook to see what's wrong. The cook rudely told her ok asked me what's wrong and she got mad and than went to the bathroom.Manager has the nerve to roll her eyes at me and give me attitude. Not a friendly family place with rude workers there. I wontgo back. Read more

This was the 2nd time in a row I had ordered from this location, & both times they failed to fill my order correctly. The... first time, I received the complete wrong item (rang up a chicken strip sandwich when I ordered roast beef sandwich), & 2nd timeI requested a customized sandwich which was rung up correctly but cook apparently didn't follow the order. UPDATE ???? Went from a 1 star - 5 star because the GM Michelle personally called me offered to refund me (which she did) and... give me anything on the menu to "make things right" ( I just replaced my drink and 4 sliders). Was a blessing, and that is greatleadership. I went through this evening. Jaylan was the drive thru employee. He was nice have no complaints about him . He letme know the meat would take about 10 more minutes to cook. I didn't really want to wait because they say ten minutes and itreally is more like 20. I ordered 4 Chicken sliders and curly fries instead. I ended up waiting the 10 minutes anyways. No onewas in front of me , I was the only one at the time in the drive thru and it looked extremely dead of customers. Figured thefood would be fresh made since it was taking that long in this situation. I get home and the fries were old , really dry andhard and not hot. I only live 4 minute drive away. The chicken sliders tasted about the same, dry, hard and not hot. Not in themood to drive back but would love to get my money back. I bet until one of the sliders in the meat was tough/cold it feelsundercooked I was so disgusted biting into it. I told my son to immediately stop eating his because of fear of him getting sick. They extended their hours this week and we tried to order chicken 45 mins till close, they said it would take 10 minutes for the... chicken to cook. We were okay waiting even though the individual working the drive through clearly didn't want to be there. Whenwe got to the window there were 4 people there and the leader of the pack asked us if we really wanted to wait well over 10minutes multiple times and tried explaining their frier process. Both the tone and the service we're terrible so we decided notto eat there. When we were driving away they loudly exclaimed "What your gonna leave us". If you are going to be open laterthen you must keep a professional level of service or don't stay open. Read more
