I love Zianos, but my son and I went to the north location the other night, just have a good dinner out and while we were there... during their busy dinner hours the waiter informed us that if smelled something he apologizes because they were cleaning thegrease traps out. First of all, why even do that during dinner hours? The smell was so bad that we couldn't even stay and eat.Had to get boxes and go. The waiter was very apologetic, which was nice, but still a very disappointing visit indeed. Read more
The bread sticks were undercooked. Completely white and soggy. The salad was wilted and not appetizing at all. Chicken Alfredo... was mediocre at best. It was my first time visiting this chain and sadly, it will be my last. I hate when you take a chance on anew "for you" restaurant and instead of bringing the food out fully cooked and good, it's bring it out half cooked and you feellike they want you to hurry up and eat and get out. I wish I had taken a picture but typically don't mess with my phone when Ieat. My food looked nothing like the food on the website or some of the other LUCKY guests. Read more

Great experience and really good food. Everything from the salad dressing the the daily special was fantastic. Super great... service and a great location. We flew in from Columbus Ohio and needed a place to grab food and line services in the FBO toldus we had to go here. If you are flying into FWA swing by, it's only 10 minutes from the FBO. Read more
I?m disappointed that Ziano?s has really gone downhill. This used to be great food, impeccable service and reasonable prices. We... liked them so much we kept giving them chance after chance to live up to our expectations we had experienced in the past. But itwas all too futile. Our carry out orders are incorrect, the food is room temperature and then when you ask them to fix it,they?re rude. So, if you want Italian food that?s pre made and reheated when you order it, go to Casa?s. If you want realItalian food with fresh ingredients and stellar service, go to The Italian Connection.
