Zesto's! What's not to love? Our family go tos are lemon-lime slush floats, chocolate malts, Heath or Oreo Razzles, and turtle... sundaes. The staff is always friendly, and you can always ask if they have any messups in the freezer in case you're not surewhat you want and you don't feel like paying full price. Popular place for ice cream during warmer months. Not open in the winter. We like that they have most of their menu in frozen... yogurt as well as ice cream because of some dairy intolerance issues. The dipped cones are great. The razzle is like a blizzard.There are a few places to sit outside and eat your treat ???? The parking lot can get crazy, so if it?s after 5 we park nextdoor to avoid all the people and cars in the drive through. Read more

I've always enjoyed seeking out home grown ice cream shops in my travels and when I moved here for a job a few years ago I found... two. Sadly, only one survived. But it is has been my favorite. Zestos has been a local favorite, most of them are franchises.But the first one I discovered is The First One, located at Broadway and Creighton, and has been there for over 60 years. Theydo some amazing things with their soft serve, my faves are their hot fudge sundae and Vernon's float, reminiscent of my manyyears in Michigan. Read more
If you?re looking for frozen yogurt or soft serve ice cream this is the place to go. People in Fort Wayne really like this... institution although if you?re looking for unique ice cream flavors this is not the place. The parking is ample but it may bedifficult to get out if the drive-through line is really busy. Otherwise they have quite a selection of Sundays, floats, andrazzle?s which is their equivalent of a Mc flurry with different mixins. Read more
I've never had a poor experience with Zesto's. I'm always so sad when they close for the winter.
