I had some bad experiences at this location so I didn't go back for a couple years. I had them for dinner tonight for my wife... and I and nothing has improved. I order a chicken sandwich with no bacon, and they removed all the other toppings EXCEPT thebacon. The fries were as cold as the Frostie and the baked potato smelled and tasted like fish. I waited 15 minutes in the drivethrough for my food, and the employee working the window was very rude. If you really want Wendy's, just drive the extradistance to the Maysville or Coldwater stores. This is a pretty good location. Food and drinks are almost always as expected. Service is fast and friendly. This is one of the... handful of Fort Wayne locations that has an open dining area/restrooms, which is really appreciated these days. Read more
Poorly trained staff, luke warm food, forgot 1 set of nuggest and fries, kids meal nuggets were wrong ones (ordered spicy), and... frosty machine was down. This location is close so we unfortunately continue to give them chances, but they continually let usdown. Those who say fast food work is for teenagers, please keep in mind that this is the level of service you get when you hirechildren. Read more
General manager here is amazingly nice! Keeps this store extremely clean and puts way to many hours in. He tries his best to... ensure the quality of food going to customers is at the best of standards. Someone should definitely give this kids a raise! Read more

I got a baked potato that was so dry it crumbled apart when touched. It also had a distinct smell and taste of fish food. I took... a half of a bite and threw it away. The chicken sandwich was somehow the wettest AND dryest sandwich I've had. I ended up noteating any of my dinner. Read more
