Worst customer service, I would never order from them again.. the pizza is horrible unless you like crust and sauce.
Worst experience of my life Wouldn't fix my order and I pay good money for what I ordered. Didn't even delivery our brownies.... When I called back, was informed about we ate it. If we ate it,I would not have complained and had my mf chocolate fix. Butdefinitely took my money. Shame on you Vito's. We will not establish your restaurant again. Tasty pizza is way better. When I first placed my order at 10:40pm they were very helpful with taking my order and making sure that I had everything I... need. They were slow that night and said my order would take 45mins.1230am has came around and my food still has not came. Thestaff refused to allow me to cancel my order as well as refused to give me the manager or owners name. One staff member evensaid she didn't know the manager! Julio stated the owner told him do not give out any information at all to costumers callingwith a complaint or an issue with their order... New location still the same young ignorant kids working there as well as thesame old raggedy dysfunctional operation! Treat em right n they'll do the same. Delivery does take awhileee. But carryouts always super quick. Staffs always awesome too.
A friend of ours ordered 2 pizzas and bragged how good they were. Took 90 minutes to get it after they said 45 minutes to an... hour. It?s august 20, 2022 right? I call Vito?s for a pick up and gave them my order around 2:37. They told me the amount and it would... be 20 mins till it?s ready. I wait 20 to 25 mins and I go pick it up. They didn?t have it ready and was being lazy because theydon?t wanna do there job. Do better or get shut down. Also they kept asking me what I ordered and I told them over and over whatit was and they act clueless like they didn?t get a call for a pick up when I can pull up the proof and they didn?t bother tolet me know we?ll have it made or it will be this long to wait. Description of Complaint: Ordered a pizza on 05/25/22 @ 1104 pm. Called at 1215 am and was told pizza almost there. At 1240am I... called and asked for it to be credited back to my card because I don't get a 2 hour lunch. The guy said no problem. 1256 am thepizza showed up and I told the delivery driver I had canceled it and had the money being refunded so I couldn't take thepizza.called at 950 pm on 5/26/22 to ask about the refund he said it takes 3 days. I called at 922 pm on 5/2922 and was told itwould be there in the am. Called @ 248pm 6/1/22 and was hung up on when I asked for the manager. Every time I called I asked fora manager and was told he was not there. From all the reviews since I stopped ordering here they should just shut down. Prices are too high for it to taste like nothing... at all. None of them even has any uniforms for work attire especially the drivers. They know they?re doing something they?re notsupposed to and that?s why they?re trying not to get in trouble by refusing refund and/or giving out owners info to report!! Read more
