Line is always so long but High Five, they get people thru. My food is always sloppy and alot of times I'm missing food. They... should worry more about quality and accuracy then the speed of service. Prices are on point here and they have the best "dollarmenu" of them all. But hey its Taco Bell, foods just yum. I came in for 1 item and after waiting 15 min With 2 other costumers on a slow day. I asked if my food was being prepared. And... the women employee made eye contact with me but did not answer. Waited 5 more minutes and said I just want my $ back andcontinue to look at me and go about wiping the tables with zero communication (any other worker was in the back and notupfront). The GM was there help making food and did not assist in anyway even though she is in ear distance, or when I asked tospeak to a manger and was engorged. It was clean when we ate there at sunset. Staff was attentive but... the decline in quality of their ingredients is becoming... more noticeable. If you're a regular there, you won't notice it. For someone who visits about every 45-60 days, you can tell. Read more
This Taco Bell is probably one of the slowest in Fort Wayne. I continue to keep giving them chances, hoping the service will... improve, but it doesn't. One time I had to wait 90 minutes for my food around 9pm at night. I decided to just go park and waitin the lobby. The most recent times I waited 20 minutes and then 15 minutes in the drive through. So maybe they are gettingbetter, but I don't think the manager really cares to improve the service here. The time I had to wait 90 minutes for my food, Ioverheard him say "if people don't like the wait, they can go home and cook their own food". I don't believe I have seen thatmanager since that night, but still, you shouldn't really have that attitude towards paying customers. Customer service was lacking a little, but its taco bell these days. Added black beans to a bean and rice burrito and it was... amazing. The person making my food pulled me aside to make sure he was going to make it right and I greatly appreciated that. Read more
I came thru this locations drive thru 1 hour before close and even with a 6-8 car line behind me I was greeted with kindness... from employee Rodger! He was great! There was a little while wait for our food but i would rather wait a minute for food and begreeted with this kind of customer service than greeted with the customer service at most other Taco Bell?s. Drive up order taker was unfamiliar with TB App food choices. Sauce was leaking out of bag bottom before getting to a parking... space due to lid on incorrectly. Lid was probably carelessness. Woman taking order was just rude. Read more
