I was here to pick up food for doordash. As most fast food joints welcome pick up in drive through when they're not busy, this... was my first choice. I was rudely told I had to come inside. As there was 1 car in front of me, I had to back out of theirimpossible drive through. I went inside. The orders hadn't been started yet . I wait. 2 cars pull into drive through. A greasylooking bag of food was flopped onto the counter . Staff proceeded to tend to the drive through orders. I tried t9 ask about myother order. I was ignored. I unassigned these deliveries. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order that should have been quick and easy. Had to put my car in park MULTIPLE... times as I was waiting for so long. My food was cold when I recieved it and I wasted my 30 minute lunch waiting in a line thatwas supposed to be "fast". No sense of urgency or care for people time. Read more
Worst experience at a taco bell ever. And that's saying something, as expectations are pretty low already. Staff cursing,... threatening guests with violence, and breaking so many health codes I couldn't keep track (picking up items off the floor andusing them, rubbing hands through hair and then making food, etc) the majority of my experience was being the ONLY customer inthe building, and watch 5 people take 21 minutes to make my three items, which, we're made incorrectly!! I waited for over twenty minutes before I had to leave without the food that I'd paid for, because they couldn't get it out in... time. People who'd ordered before me were still waiting when I left. They weren't even busy, they were just that terrible. Read more
