My fiance and I visited this Taco Bell on a late night when we had a lot of things to get done at home and didn't want to bother... with dinner. We HAD tried to get Uber Eats to deliver to us from another location, but that location got our order wrong andtheir customer service was horrid. We hopped in the car to hit up this Taco Bell instead and were surprised to see it was sobusy with such a long line in the drive-thru. The wait was well worth it though because the team was AMAZING! Cody & Amanda wereboth working the drive-thru and were absolute rockstars. They were so nice and friendly and professional in spite of what was,undoubtedly a long, rough night. We even had substitutions and additions to ingredients in our order and we received our orderwith ZERO mistakes!!! Because of this, we 100% plan to return to this Taco Bell in the future. Read more
I dont know what happened to this place. Was so great, now.. not so much. Only reason it is 2 stars is bc they didn't forget... anything, minus toasting the chalupas. I mean, one job. One job Taco Bell. Completely disappointed and will NOT be returninguntil staff is trained. Read more
We were the only couple in the restaurant. The drive thru was busy, though. The Mexican pizza is back on the menu so we decided... to try it again. My wife loves this menu item. I got the soft taco supremes. The food is really good and very reasonably priced.The young lady that took our order was friendly and checked on us during the meal. Read more
Visit date aug 20 1:23 am. Line was decently long got through the drive thru in 12 min. About 12 cars or so. Guy on speaker was... taking orders drive orders on front while getting drinks out the window and coordinating. Didnt forget anything in the bag.Outstanding job whoever you are. Read more
So we all can agree after leaving the club taco bells like the first on our thoughts. Caution ??- the lines are long but the... foods always fresh. While waiting in line your sobering up, and then you get to eat some fresh tacos haha Read more
Back to being the worst Taco Bell n Fort Wayne. Food quality is always poor, packaged wrong or made incorrectly. 2$ for a 10?... tortilla?? It used to be hit or miss, now it?s a guaranteed miss. It?s worth the drive to coliseum by O?Reilly. 3 yes ago - 5Stars Had a great experience today! We were so pleased we spoke with the AGM, and complimented him on the stores appearance andthe presentation of the food. We had a small issue that was easily corrected. I found it pretty rude for the manager of the restaurant to tell me to use the kiosk while I am standing in front of the... register looking at the menu board. There was no one else in the restaurant, and no cars in the drive thru. At least 5 employeeslaughing and carrying on in the kitchen. Most of the food was delicious, with the exception of the hard tacos. Less than a thirdof the shell had ingredients. Anemic to say the least. Read more
Fast friendly ordering. Not as oily as some other locations. We made some changes in how our food, (picky eaters) and they... didn't get upset and did make the food as asked. Read more
