This is hands down one of the worst Taco Bells in FW. Our food is always cold, not even luke warm. The quesadilla we received... was cold to the touch and the cheese wasn?t even melted. How do you mess up arguably the easiest dish to make? The tortillasused are stale and they barely give you any meat in the tacos. The silver lining is we got most of our money back from Doordash,but it would be better to just get semi quality food. Read more
?Fresh? out of the package. RARELY do I ever complain but this was ridiculous. Not only was our entire order cold but you... couldn?t even eat it correctly because the tortillas were so stale they just crumbled in our hands. I mean it's Taco Bell what else can I say. Taco Bell has gone way downhill in the last couple of years and like everywhere else... their portions have become smaller and the price is higher and they slim down the menu to taken away some of my favorite items. Having said that I ordered a 12 pack of tacos half of them no lettuce and two of their new double beef cheesy burritos. Thefood was good and accurate but I had to pull around the side of the building like everyone else and wait an additional 6 minutesto get my food which hardly makes this fast food. I have gone to this location often because it is very convenient to me because I work close by. I usually go after 10 p.m.... Almost every time the past couple of times I have visited this location there has been some sort of issue. I went through drivethru a few days before my last visit and they told me they weren't taking any orders because the system was rebooting and to tryback in 30minutes. When I drove away I looked in the store and every employee was sitting in the lobby on their phones. Thislast time I went on April 2nd. They were out of doritos locos shells and you couldn't get any grilled items. Both of the beanburritos with sour cream I order had no sour cream on them. All 4 of the hard shell tacos I ordered were broken in half and hadhardly anything inside of them. Skimpiest tacos I have ever seen. I probably will not being returning for some time. Took my son to Taco Bell for lunch on his birthday. His choice. They wouldn't let us eat inside because they were short staffed... so we didn't see our food until we were back home but we're not too far away. Pulled out my first section of beef quesidilla...no beef. Pulled out the second section, still no meat. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I was assuming it all slid to one sidemaybe but as I opened it, it didn't look like enough to share the whole space. Tried to eat my "crunchy" taco and it was soggyand fell apart in my hands. Super disappointing. My son's food wasn't very good either. He had a "crunch"wrap that wasn'tcrunchy and "crunchy" tacos that weren't crunchy, including the 2 Doritos Locos ones. Ugh. I guess I have to do better for hisBirthday supper. Read more

I don?t know why we keep giving this Taco Bell a chance. It consistently skimps on toppings. For example, today, a spicy... soft taco had four small potatoes and no sauce. A crunchy taco hardly had any meat. We came home and fortunately had sometaco meat to throw on them. The nacho fries were hardly full. In comparison to the other Fort Wayne Taco Bell?s in this area,this one is consistently a bad experience. Do not recommend. Read more
