They have contactless ordering and a large vegetarian menu, if you are interested in either of those things. It's still the same... delicious food, but with more options! It's great! Read more
I can?t believe that the A.M. manager with the piercing above her lip has a job as a manager. The customer service is horrible.... I will NEVER IN LIFE return to Taco Bell. I ordered supreme tacos and was missing the toms and sour cream. The burrito we ordered was also missing the meat. The food... portions were just absolutely terrible I used to like taco bell but prob never going back. Read more
It?s really gone downhill since I worked here when it first opened. We were the only people in the lobby and have been waiting... almost 20 minutes for our food and it?s not even a big order. I know they?ve only got one side of the line open in back butthat?s still no excuse. Plus there?s 3 employees just sitting in the lobby. The quality of the food isn?t good enough to put upwith service this slow. Editing to add that management made the situation right by refunding our order and apologizing. I?dstill suggest sticking to drive thru though because the orders are timed and come first so they don?t mess up their average. Read more
I give it only a 2 star because I waited over 45 minutes after ordering on the menu touch screen inside. I think the three... workers did not see the order on the kitchen screen since they were so busy with drive through & App others. After I told theone cashier about my long wait, he apologized. I had to wait another 15 minutes since drive- throughs get preferentialtreatment over ?walk-ins?. I am not complaining about the staff since the place is understaffed. But ?walk-in? orders seem tobe treated not as important. Read more
I don?t usually review fast food places, because I never expect much, but I don?t think this location even attempts to try. We... are new to Ft. Wayne and the first time we ordered was on 8/28. They were completely out of chicken, so we had to adjust ourwhole order. We decided to give them another try on 8/31. Still out of chicken! We ordered Crunchwrap supremes instead. Thepictures are of the Crunchwrap I received. Literally dry meat and cheese. No lettuce, tomato, or sour cream. At least pretend tocare. Needless to say, we won?t be going back. Read more
Awesome staff super fast visits through the drive thru the lunch staff always does their best even when lacking the staffing... they surely deserve. Food is awesome my visit usually only takes 5 minutes max for them to fulfill. These people absolutely KILLit every time!! Best Taco Bell on Lima Read more
