Went in a few weeks ago and we had ham, egg and cheese on flatbread. When we got our food opened it up to eat and the egg was... cold and had ice on it. The 2 girls working could careless about it. Both had seriously bad attitudes and both laying acrossback counter looking at their cell phones. Hoping something gets taken care of about this! Will not go back to this location! Read more
2nd time we placed an order & tried calling the store before they made our sandwiches & 2nd time no one answered the phone. We... get there & it's because only 1 person is working. It's almost 5pm. Went in to get the three sandwiches, cookies and soda my fiancé ordered online. Soon as I walked in there was 3 employees... behind the counter , with one sitting on the back counter, on her phone. As I got my order, I went out to my van and checked myorder as I left my phone out in the van and didn?t know what was ordered. I went back inside as I noticed that I had forgottenmy soda, and that there were not cookies in my bag. I told them that my cookies were not in the bag and that I forgot my soda.They tried accusing me of taking the cookies out , trying to get new ones. Which were not the case. This place is a freaking train wreck!!! No management is a understatement. 3 Very young girls super unprofessional screaming... and,cussing sandwich made super poorly no portion control. If you want a zoo please come to this location. Read more
Waynedale location never fails to disappoint. It'd been a month since my last visit since I got bad service then, but decided to... try again. Every time I come in here, its always a new crew. I ordered my usual choice, the subway club. Young girl throws somemeat on the bread and passes it to the next guy. He starts throwing toppings on. I ask where is the bacon for the club? He saysthats not what this sandwich is. The girl says its roast beef & turkey, double meat. I say "thats not what I ordered. You evenasked if I wanted the bacon warmed." I ask if they're going to make it right and im told this is now my sandwich as hes already"assembled" it. Lesson learned....again. Wont be back. Will again do the xtra drive and go back to the W Jefferson location.Have not had any trouble there. Read more
Wow. What can I say about this place that isn't clear when you walk in. There is this lady, I get the vibe she is the manager... but totally unprofessional. She berates and humiliates a younger employee everything I'm there. This last time I was so close tospeaking out. His first week she called him names, as it went on it got worse. This last visit she told him to stand where hewas and not go into the back because she "didn't believe his excuse he was going to refresh the vegetables and I don't need auseless employee to just stand around back there when we have all hands on deck. She had just come back into the store fromoutside and he and two others had served the line. There was only one more person left. The sandwich was ok. Read more
