Honestly had to change my rating from 5 to 1 star because it?s just ridiculous how bad things have gotten. As a busy family of 4... we love to order online and pick up subway because it?s healthier than most fast food and we don?t have to wait in line.However, the last 4 times we have ordered not 1 sub has been correct. They are charging us for things that they aren?tproviding. Almost as if it?s intentional. If we ask for extra of something it?s left off completely but if we ask for ?light?toppings the sub is overflowing with those. If your employees cannot handle properly completing online orders please don?t offerit. Read more
I asked why I had to drive thru?no inside service. Was told they didn?t have enough help. But you can make my wrong sandwich... and hand it out the window to me and take my money. Not sure how this takes less employees. This place needs to pull ittogether or they won?t have to worry about having employees if they have no business. I will not be back. The Dupont location is HORRIBLE..... we ordered a sub then went to order a salad , the guy inside told us we had to pull around... fron when we were not even done ordering , so we had to drive around again wait in line just to order my salad ....the touchscreen is PONTLESS... mind you I ordered a salad would you not think lettuce is automatic ? Like pizza crust for a pizza ?? Nopenot here they asked the person behind us if we wanted lettuce on our salad ... thankfully we heard that and we had to walk up tothe window to tell them yes we want lettuce .... please don't waste your time here it v took us 30 plus min to order a salad anda sub ... Awful use of technology! They have a touch screen you HAVE TO use to make your selection manually instead of talking to a live... person (that is right inside?). But their drive area is so TIGHT that you can?t just normally pull up to the screen? So youliterally have to get out of your vehicle and stand there pressing the screen to make your choices. And if you press the buttonfor assistance they tell you that someone can come out there and press the screen for you instead of just taking your order. Itmight be the stupidest thing I?ve ever seen. The hair that was in my sandwich was so embedded in it I couldn?t even pull it out . I went on my lunch but I did call even... though I couldn?t go back because I don?t have time for them to remake it . Extremely disappointed in the service here. I ordered online gave special instructions for a couple sandwiches and also order... extra toppings because they always put 5 pieces of lettuce on the sandwich at this location and here we are even with the addedtoppings there was barely any toppings and then they completely ignore the special instructions leaving my sandwich inedible. Mychildren had nothing on their sandwich when there was suppose to be toppings and then my husband?s s sandwich is literaldrenched in Buffalo sauce . Subway use to be an ok place but now I just don?t want to go anymore. Such a waste of money to notever get what you order. This location especially is so bad. Nobody knows what they are doing. Doors locked an hour before closing time, drive thru has a cone blocking from entering. I triple checked the hours, they are... even posted on the front door. One of the staff looked at me as I attempted to open the door and he just turned around andwalked to the back and didn?t come back out... I?ve worked at a restaurant, I get that it sucks to have people come in beforeclose but we all have to deal with it and it?s really unprofessional to deny service and ignore customers AN HOUR before closingtime...
