I have gone in around the lunch shift on weekdays. The staff is always positive and friendly, the place is clean, and they make... good subs. My only two criticisms (nothing to do with the people or facilities) are that the sandwiches are pricey and thatSubway has added a "tipping" option at checkout; don't subsidize your employee's wages by asking diners to tip; just pay them adecent wage. Ordered online, arrived at my scheduled time and the app indicated the food was ready. Not only was it not ready but it wasn't... even started. It took another 30 minutes to get five foot longs. No manager on duty, nobody knew how to contact the manager,only one person knew the managers name, one employee left leaving two teenage kids by themselves and one didn't know how to makesandwiches. They didn't know how to close the restaurant and had no clue if someone else was coming in to help them close. Theworst experience and no one to even air my grievance to. $50 worth of subs and it took almost an hour to get our food and withno refund. Mismanaged disgrace to the Subway franchise. Read more

Tried to go through the drive thru. No other cars and we could see no one inside waiting. We sat foe over 5 mins before the guy... asked what we wanted. We asked for the boss and American club. We sat there waiting he never came back on to ask what veggies wewanted. After about another 5 mins we just said forget it and left. Read more

The bread was SO soft and fresh, and all the toppings looked great. Best Subway experience ever. The staff were nice when I... checked out as well. Truly AWESOME. Read more

I really hate to be that person but the employee at drive through didn?t ask if I wanted to make my order a meal or have a drink... added so when I asked when I got to the window she responded with ?well you didn?t tell me this before when you ordered!? thenshe gave me the wrong amount of change, walked away without handing me my drink, and then I got home and my sandwich was madewrong (usually not a big deal but I have a food allergy and have a reaction to certain foods) the manager came to the window togive me the correct change and hand me my drink. I felt weird about the interaction and felt maybe I should say something. Read more

If I could give zero stars that would be better. Went there last night. Ordered my usual grilled chicken sub. Got home started... eating it and noticed a fowl smell and the chicken tasted spoiled. Called them to let them know. Went back to get a differentsandwich and the guy let me know that someone grabbed an outdated container of chicken. And put it in the front to serve tocustomers. Which if it's outdated why is it in the cooler for someone to grab that should have been thrown away. Not going backto this location. Just glad I didn't get sick from the spoiled chicken. Read more

While they've changed how you order at the drive thru this store is always clean and everything is done in an orderly fashion.... While it may take a minute to order and get your food just remember it's freshly made which nowadays I appreciate. Read more

Bread was dried out. I ordered the Baja Steak & Jack and what I received looked like a dried up hot dog bun with almost nothing... in it. VERY disappointed and will never go to this location again. Read more
