I like Starbucks but the mall location always seriously lacks in customer service. They ladies working were all rude. I wanted a... straw and stood waiting so I reached around and grabbed one and got scolded. For 6-7$ a drink they should be on top of it andmaybe treat customers better. Read more

Sherri obviously doesn't care about her staff or customers. She a terrible manager and I can't believe she is allowed to run the... place. No people skills, no sense of time management, and extremely rude to customers. She should be ashamed of the way shetreats people. Read more

This location is usually the best I?ve been too. Today was a huge exception. One of the crew members (Emily) was extremely rude.... When going to pick up my drink she threw the drink and straw. The drink was then leaking, not feeling like dealing with rudenessI just dealt with it. She then turned away and went to hide. This is very unprofessional and I feel bad for the other staff whomay have to work with that. Read more

It was okay ordered 2 iced Carmel vanilla chi lattes and a capuchino and a hot cocoa. Scanned my bar code but it never gave me... the points so not happy now. Read more

Usually love this one but the other day I ordered an iced white mocha shaken espresso and they gave me regular mocha. Took it... back and the barista was very rude and refused to make it the right way and told me I was wrong and she knew it was made right.I?m also a barista and know the taste difference and how a drink is supposed to look. The manager should talk to the employeesabout making the moment right like we learned in the training. Very unprofessional and rude. Read more

Barista was too busy laughing and talking with obviously a friend and not average customer. Loud enough that I couldn't hear my... barista taking my order and she was just as aggravated because she couldn't hear me either. Read more
