I like Starbucks but the mall location always seriously lacks in customer service. They ladies working were all rude. I wanted a... straw and stood waiting so I reached around and grabbed one and got scolded. For 6-7$ a drink they should be on top of it andmaybe treat customers better. Read more

This location is usually the best I?ve been too. Today was a huge exception. One of the crew members (Emily) was extremely rude.... When going to pick up my drink she threw the drink and straw. The drink was then leaking, not feeling like dealing with rudenessI just dealt with it. She then turned away and went to hide. Usually love this one but the other day I ordered an iced white mocha shaken espresso and they gave me regular mocha. Took it... back and the barista was very rude and refused to make it the right way and told me I was wrong and she knew it was made right.I?m also a barista and know the taste difference and how a drink is supposed to look.
