This is the worst Starbucks in town. We waited in line for over 20 minutes after ordering. There were only 3 cars in front of... us. After 20 min, they got through one car. We just left. From reading other reviews, this sounds like it is commonplace atthis Starbucks. Read more

I want to have a shout out for Hanna. I have been ordering pretty much the same thing for five states now. And for a little over... a year I thought that the ability to order the drink ahead of time was taken away. But Hanna took the time to show me how toorder my favorite drink through the app so they don?t have to ask for specials when I come in. The drive thru was packed, do we decided to come inside and get our coffee and snacks. I had a skinny sugar-free vanilla latte... and the ham and Swiss croissant. Both were extremely delicious. I also decided to buy a blueberry scone, but they were out andthey gave me the cranberry and orange scone. Fabulous. That's the only thing is they called me Randy instead of Brandie. This store is in a good location but the parking lot can be awkward and you can become trapped in your spot if they become busy.... There are a lot of people that work at this location but they aren't overly eager to help. During this visit they were out oftwo types of coffee and had to modify orders. Read more
Service was very disappointing on my last 3 visits in Oct 2022, once in the drive thru (cashier acted like I was interrupting... her, making no eye contact or greeting, and ignored the other barista when she placed my drink next to her... I had to ask herto give me the drink! and then there was way too much sweet cream in my tall cold brew but I didn't bother asking for a fix) andtwice for mobile pick up (drinks took 10 min longer than needed, one drink was messed up, barista didn't call out the names ororders when placing the finished drinks out.... even though 5 of us stood there waiting). These are mostly just service issuesbut they are happening with the same staff so I'd suggest staying away until management gets their staff organized.
