Makes you wait in 25 minute drive thru line while your pick up order melts inside . Incredibly poor problem solving and critical... thinking skills. Also very inconsistent taste between the same menu item upon multiple visits. Staff needs serious training.Owner must be completely checked out on this location. Very sad use to be a nice place but not worth $9 a smoothie to roll thedice and hope it tastes on brand. Read more

I have had several different smoothies at Smoothie King and they are all delicious and healthy!!
Sadly, the customer service here is almost always awful with employees who seem to be upset that you've chosen Smoothie King as... the place to get you smoothie that day. They're very short with you and it's clear they just want you gone. I've been to thislocation maybe 10 times now and only once did I get a young girl who actually seemed somewhat kind. The smoothies are normallypretty good but every now and then I'll order something I know I like just to find out it tastes awful all of the sudden do towhat feels like out of date ingredients, missing ingredients, or maybe it's just plain laziness amd someone had simply refusedto put the effort in to make my smoothie right that time. I'd say this happens about 25%-33% of the time. With employees whoseem to despise their lives, I'm not surprised. I've been to several Smoothie Kings in several different states and I can saythey're all just like this. This shows that this issue has more to do with the owners of each franchise and the lack of carefrom people at the top of the company. It's too bad, too, because someone with some kind of actual idea of what they're doingcould probably turn one of these around pretty quickly. Read more
