Really friendly staff working Thursday. The building was clean and as decorated as every other Rally's. The food was hot and... fresh. Not quite the value that it used to be, but food cost has gone up for everyone. Also, it's a great place to get a bananashake. Read more
I ordered 2 deep sea double and they were terrible. I'm so disappointed in them the fish look like it had been sitting there for... a while. I have never had my food look like this from rally's. I was going to call, but I said why because they will justoffered me the same stuff that they should have made right the first time. The chicken tenders were overcooked, dry, and the breading was soft/oily instead of crispy. It's a shame too, because they were... delicious when they were first released. Read more
I have yet to go to any of the rallys in fort Wayne and be disappointed by the quilty of the service, staff or food. Our order... is always hot and hardly ever wrong. The very few times we had something wrong (which was most likely a error in how I worded myorder) They have immediately replaced it and apologized for the mistake. The staff is friendly and polite. I've been there a fewtimes and have watched people get upset with them for reason out of their control (took to long to get their food, was traininga new staff member and it took them too long to get their change) For anyone who gets upset with the staff please be mindfulthat they're doing the best they can to make sure you're happy with the food you ordered. Be patient and kind. I appreciate allthe hard work the staff does to make sure we leave happy with our choice to stop there for service. Read more
