Service was sad. I walked in to see 4 young adults all of whom seemed to have 0 clue. The first one started my burrito knowing... there was a line and a wait. Put the chicken on and then let it set until it got cold and he walked in the back. A differentstaff came out minutes later to finish the cold food. Cashier girl doesn't hear or listen well. I was really excited that a new Qdoba was opening in Fort Wayne after the one near my house closed a couple of years ago. Drove... 30 mins to get dinner. This location should be called Qdoba Express. There is seating for a total of 10 people inside. (2 boothsand 1 small table) The staff was underwhelming and could have cared less about being there, especially the girl running theregister. The people who had been there before knew the setup and threw their hoodies on the open table prior to ordering, so myfamily ended up eating in the car. Less than ideal. Food wasn't hot. Not worth making the trip again. My excitement was quicklydashed..... **Update** As you can see, after my negative review Qdoba asked me to reach out to them. So I did. I used thecontact info they provided and got a automated response telling me they were very busy and they'd reply soon. 2 weeks later....still no response. First time at the new qdobas, why you ask, because we like the food, not necessarily the price, unfortunately, same results... as the other qdoba, chips were very stale, i had nachos, not consistent on amount of content, and the staff may have been theworst negative outcome, i think there is a wooden plaque on the wall that says how the staff and service should be, failedall. My opinion is there needs to be something established on being consistent on how much is put in each entree and not dependon a lazy unmotivated worker, also, the manager needs to train the employees on how to properly serve patrons. Got the Family Nacho meal for pickup. Their was a small hiccup with the order that was the employee's mistake (not a big deal),... but then she called herself a "r-word" for messing it up. As someone with a child with disabilities, the slur was unacceptable.While we were eating at home, my wife found a hair in her food. Don't really see a reason to return after this. Read more
