Small portions and not very friendly staff been here a couple times food is expensive and probably won't be back

Zero stars. Ordered and paid for items twice online directly through Penn Station and did not receive them because they were out... of stock. Offered no refund because employees say they don't have the ability to do so. No tea/ sweet tea available the last 3visits, guessing lazy staff doesn't want to make any. Orders are consistently wrong. Staff is unfriendly and rude. They don'tgreet customers or acknowledge them at all. The girl at the cash register has absolutely no clue what she is doing. This placeis filthy. Orders take 40+ minutes even with no one else inside. Will not be back ever. Read more

The wife picked up dinner tonight and not only was the order messed up in the effort to fix it they put raw onions and no... teriyaki sauce in my wrap and her club was also horrible. We come here often and am very disappointed. Read more

Used to like coming here. Ordered a turkey bacon ranch. Had about 1 oz of turkey, 1 piece of bacon. Tasted good but terrible... value for the money. Fries were not crispy, just greasy. Shame. Read more

My second visit. Today I watched as the person working the register took orders and then prepared meals. All with only one glove... on. She didnt replace the glove and was touching food with bare hands and dirty one glove. I won't be back. Read more

I shouldn?t even give one star. I ordered food through GrubHub. A sandwich and a ?snack size? for my pregnant wife. She... ultimately didn?t want to eat, so we never opened the sandwiches. Once I got the house situated, I go to enjoy my Italian Sub.To my dismay, there?s NO FOOD in my bag. The employees (I assume,) rolled up a bunch of Penn station paper to resemblesandwiches, and wrapped them up as such. When I opened both, just paper. No food. Absolutely ridiculous. Trash. Good grilled subs served hot to your table. Friendly staff. The fries are good and made fresh in store. Can be a little pricey,... but quality is good. There is a variety of sandwiches you can get, and always customize your order. The square cookies arepretty amazing. Staff can sometimes be sparse and sporadic, but patience is appreciated by everyone. They do a good job ofgetting your name to come find you in the dining room. Read more
