Had a birthday bundtlet I redeemed and the lady grilled me on my birthday. Made me feel like I was doing something wrong just... for signing up for their rewards and redeeming my free birthday bundtlet. She told me to delete my email right away assuming Iwould try to use it again? And in a very condescending way asked me my birthday as like a quiz. I can?t say enough about this company! I had them for my wedding cakes and there was an issue with my tiered cake and the... frosting sticking to the packaging. It was my wedding day and I was so sad but it was a minor detail with a hiccup. I calledthem as soon as we opened it. Within 2 hours they were they with brand new cakes. And did I mention we were over an hour away! Thank you so much, I was not expecting that! She was so sweet and understanding! Thank you all again! I used Nothing Bundt Cakes for my wedding and the whole experience was extremely pleasant and easy. Jennifer is so easy to get a... hold of and almost always at the store. Every time I popped in, she was there and happy to talk with me about when and how toorder cakes for our guests. My husband and I decided to go with Nothing Bundt Cakes because not only are they amazing, we lovedthat we could celebrate our anniversary with a bundt cake like we did at our wedding. Ordered online today from out of state for my mother in laws birthday and via a little confusion in the store they got a better... deal than I ordered. I ordered a cake online the day before I needed it. Never had any issues before.. however my mistake was I didn't hit the final... submit button. When I went to pick it up there was no record of the order. The staff didn't hesitate to get the cake togetherfor me. They were very friendly and very understanding! Very cute shop! And friendly people! We bought a chocolate with chocolate chips for my moms birthday (which I have yet to try)... and a pumpkin. The pumpkin is out of this world amazing - if you are like me and love all good things pumpkin! They do specialdecorations which I did not choose this time.
