Got 2 sausage rolls. 1 reg. 1 supreme(make it your own). They were just ok... nothing special. The supreme didnt seem to have... all the toppings in it I ordered & they mixed the order up so he couldnt eat his due to what was in it. Very rude, second GH driver to try to pick up an order that wasn't "placed yet", one employee who may or may not be an Manager... got defensive and argued with me when I suggested that if they did not want to do business with GrubHub they could remove therestaurant off of the website. My opinion is that they kept claiming the order wasn't placed yet because they're waiting forsomeone to pay for the order before making it... How else would they have a paper with the order written down on it and knew thecustomer name before I even got there? Regardless I probably will not go back as a driver or as a customer based upon myexperience there today. I was late on my delivery time but I was able to deliver what was ordered after "placing the order".Just a lot of poor customer service and poor communication. If the owner or manager happens to see this please feel free toblock me from being able to pick up deliveries from your restaurant. Unfortunately GrubHub does not allow drivers to blockrestaurants on our end as far as not getting orders from them. Read more
Good pizza, we usually get the medium monster. Decent price and normal time for carry out is 20 minutes. Just don't expect a... smiling face when you pick up your order. We have been a customer for over 15 years. Is what it is. Read more
First time ordering from here. It's delicious!
I just tried Mozzarelli?s for the first time. My policy is to never leave a bad review if something is messed up the first time... I go somewhere, because it could just be an off night. Gotta make an exception for this one though. Placed a phone order forcarry out and was told 20-30 minutes. I got there 30 minutes later, and the ticket had somehow gotten lost so they hadn?t mademy order. I repeated my order, and waited there for 15 minutes until it was complete. They gave me a $10 discount on my orderfor the trouble. Got to my car to look over the food, and the taco pizza was on a thin crust instead of the pan crust I?dordered. Brought it back in, waited again for it to be remade. They brought it out with a $5 coupon for a future order. Drovehome, opened the pizzas, and the pepperoni and sausage pizza I ordered is actually half pepperoni and sausage, and half cheese.I guess I should have checked that one more closely before I left as well. It?s also missing the nacho cheese I ordered fordipping. At this point I?m not driving back to have this fixed too (I already waited there from 6:55-7:40 while they fixed thefirst two issues) so we?re just eating the half that?s correct and doing without the cheese and leaving a review instead. Iknow restaurants have off days, but forgetting to make an order, then having both pizzas in the order come out wrong and havingto wait 45 minutes at the store for things to be fixed is too much. I wasn?t going to leave a review after the first two errors,but getting home to a second incorrect pizza and missing cheese is the straw that broke the camel?s back. After forgetting theinitial order, things really should have been double and triple checked to make sure that there wouldn?t be any furtherissues. This was our first time trying Mozzarelli?s and will unfortunately be our last. Even if the pizza is good, there werejust too many problems and too much time wasted fixing them while I have hungry kids at home. Read more
I placed an order at 6:26 pm on a Friday evening. Email stated it was out for delivery at 6:55 pm. At 7:20 I called and asked... where our order was since we live less than 2 miles from the place. Received the order at 7:37 pm. Pizza dough was rubberyinstead of fresh and crisp like it has been on past orders. It tasted like they had placed it back under a heat lamp to re-heatit before delivery causing the crust to go spongy. For the cost of their pizza I expected better. We normally love their pizza,but will not be ordering again on a busy evening. Read more
Always generous with the toppings unlike many other pizza restaurants. Also has great sandwiches and wings..there're the... best..If only they delivered.???? Read more
