Waited in line for over a half-hour then I get to the window to pick up...again waited 15 more mins while my babies meal sat in... the window the whole time.... and still nobody came to give it to me plus there was nobody to take your money...i drove off!!good thing I didn't have to pay for it it would have been cold..the girl at the window didn't have a care in the world slow ascan be!! This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. If you like spending a long time sitting in the drive-thru, not moving, this... is the McDonald's for you. Of course we finally get to the window and they pull us up for "fresh fries". Sit there for another20 minutes watching all the drivers after me get their food and leave. Food was slopped together with no care. Fries were oldand nasty. I was missing half of my order along with the toy in one happy meal. 1 window open, same guy (who was at least pleasant) passing out food, taking orders and payments. Lobby not open. 45 min to get... food (obviously short staffed) Sm fry only partly filled and luke cold. Bun on burger hard and stale. Coke was fine. Read more
Dropped the ball BIG TIME on my order. My mobile order was placed at 9:19 when I arrived. I gave the 1st window my mobile number... and she told me to pull up to the next window. When I got to the 2nd window I was told they couldn't find my order and to pullup and they will bring it out, I got my food at 10:17! The ticket on my order is posted at 9:48. Between 9:48 and 10:17 no onewas available to bring out my order? I watched 20++ people pass me. Read more
When McDonald's in Fort Wayne are ranked; this one would be ranked the worst in Fort Wayne. Almost every order I've had had... either been messed up or items are forgotten entirely. They never have constant hours. I pulled in tonight at 9:54pm waited for5 mins in line and when I got to the window was told they're closed and they would not take my order. Google says they're opentill 11pm. They had multiple signs for past dates of them closing early on the drive thru. SMH McDonald's do better. This is tooconstant. Read more

So went to what use to be the place to go now I rather drive across town to avoid this McDonald's. The first cashier didn't even... say a word had to ask for a receipt and then rolled her eyes... but thinking well maybe the food part will be better nope theydidn't listen to the no ice request I made wouldn't fix it and when we checked our order was missing a big Mac when we had twoorders of the number 1 like how so you mess that up. I hear these kids complaining wanting to to make 15 plus and hour but can'tdo a simple task right. Lost my business and I'm at cantaberry the drive will be worth my time. Read more
Find a different establishment for your Mcneeds. I gave this place multiple tries to make sure it wasn't just a fluke. Every... time I have gone they have left at least one item or if the order. Drive thru is always backed up. I attempted to overcome thisby ordering online through the app and picking up my order. Waited for over 20 minutes then had to walk inside to ask about thestatus. I then watched as the cashier and one of the cooks argued about the physical location of my sandwich. Long and short ofthis is my sandwich had to be remade. Trust me it may seem like it will be faster just to go here because it's the closest onebut you will waste more time here rather than finding the next one. Read more
