Food was great but the customer service was bad. I went thru the drive thru to order a cheese pizza and all the guy at the... window said was ?it?ll be a while, you?ll have to pull up? so I just ordered the ?hot and ready? thin crust pepperoni and stillended up waiting in my car for about 20 minutes. The worst little ceasars I have ever experienced. Was told one thing just to have to sit and wait for an extra 20 minutes for... my food to be done. Then when I asked about it I was treated like I didnt have the right to wonder why what i was told waswrong. Ridiculous. Literally just left there. Waited for 30 minutes for something that was supposed to be ready. I had to walk to drive through... window and ask for my money back since they gave every vehicle behind me theirs. Terrible service. Manager just gave the moneyback and didnt say a word. No receipt and didnt even have the order correct. Employees wearing headphones while working thewindow. Read more
Waited over 30 MINS!! At the drive thru window to place my order! (Including maybe 10 cars behind me waiting as well) More than... 3 people walked by the window not even greet me or say anything. After me ringing the bell and looking into window.. employeesstill not coming up and then ?manager? comes up and ask me about my order and I tell him how long I?ve been waiting. Heapologized then walked away then another employee that was just standing and walking around previously came up and told me astory about how the ?manager? was not taking care of things? and dealing with upset customers upfront which I can TOTALLYUNDERSTAND why they would be upset. This place is close to home but with the service I?ve experienced this evening . It woulddefinitely be worth it to travel to another location, very disappointed. Read more
