Elijah and Brian went above and beyond to make my day when I came in the store today. I was a little spacey after the stressful... holiday weekend (and by my grandmother's passing just this morning) and made some mistakes when I placed my order. They were sogracious in correcting my order (I messed up, not them) and being so helpful and kind. They had no idea what I was going throughand still made it their priority that I leave happy and cared for, not that I was unhappy at all. I just know how hard it is towork in customer service and at a restaurant and their positivity and kindness truly shone through today. Thanks guys, yourhelpfulness was much appreciated. Read more

I have had three separate instances where I ordered online for delivery from this Jimmy Johns and they?ve called me to cancel it... because of having no delivery person or wanting to close early. Why in the world do you let people order on your own website fordelivery if you don?t have a delivery person?? Now I have to wait for my refund for an order that they shouldn?t have acceptedin the first place. Read more

Ordered a sandwich this past week - typically fast, great service and good food. This week, I bit in to find cling wrap mixed... into the sandwich. I get it, mistakes happen. The problem is that I reached out to the store and never got a reply. So now I?mposting this review. I?ve worked in food service before, and contaminated food was always of the highest priority if ithappened. The silence from this store?s leadership is discerning. Where to even start. I?ve been cussed out by an employee because they wanted to close 15 min early, and when I asked why- he... became irate. Same employee then cussed out my coworker when delivering to my job. When I called to speak to a manager she said?so what do you want me to do about it.? And now I ordered a few days ago and even though I always do a cash tip- they wentahead and put a tip on my card- THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE- and now nobody wants to answer the phone. On top of 3/5 times mysandwich is wrong or they make it terrible on purpose because I called to complain about being cussed out. Read more

July 5th I placed an order, after almost 1.5 hours it showed up. Delivery guy said they were the only person doing deliveries... and management was refunding all orders during that time. No one would answer phone while I waited. No way to know if it wasbeing made. No one answered the phone later to confirm refunds. No refund. Today, July 19th, I placed an order at 12:19. It is1:21 and nothing. No one is answering the phone after three calls in a row. No word via app. No button to cancel. Only recourseis to encourage people to stop ordering from them until they figure this out. I suggest management stop making delivery anoption until they can figure out how "Freaky Fast" can be interpreted as more than an hour after ordering. Read more

I've been to a lot of the JJ'S in the Fort and this was by far the most enjoyable one to date. I made my order on the... application and when I walked in they called my name with 2 minutes. Food was so ????. Read more
