Ordered delivery for my lunch at work. I ordered two separate sandwiches, the Vito and the BLT (pictured). Both without tomato,... which the got correct and both with kicking ranch sauce (which is absolutely phenomenal). The sandwiches were delivered in anappropriate amount of time and made correct. They were good. Only complaint is price, after delivery fee and 15% tip, the totalwas $27 for two sandwiches delivered. Cost of convenience is high these days. Read more

This location is trash. Any time I place an order for pick up, it takes forever. Placed an order today and when I got to the... store 15min later, they had not even picked up / acknowledged my ticket. No one in drive thru, no one in the store, totallyempty. Previous visit I waited 45min for my pick up order. Guy who acknowledged me picked his nose right in front of me & didn?twash or sanitize his hands after. I sent the below message directly to Jimmy John?s Corp requesting follow up with the local store listed below on 8.18.22. They... responded and stated that some locally would be in touch. As of this date and time, I still have yet to be contacted by thelocal chain for follow up. Very poor service. See below. I made myonline order on 8.15.22 at 12:35pm. Due to my busy work schedule, I just wanted to be able to quickly stop in and retrieve myorder, once I was able to take a break from work. I arrived approximately 1 hour later, (1:34pm) knowing full well that myorder was waiting for me on the pickup shelf. However, to my surprise, my order nor any other pickup orders were on theshelf. The store was empty, there were no customers. The only other person in this location was a lone female employee. Iasked if she received the online order from an hour ago and her statement to me was the following: "I am here by myself andhave just gotten caught up." I told her that I understood but that I placed my order 1 hour ago and online did not alert methat this store was short staffed so that I as a customer could choose a different JJ`s location for lunch. The femaleassociate looked at the order in front of her, I assume it was mine because she said, "What, a free birthday sandwichanyway." I was totally shocked!! So it matters if I paid on this date versus being rewarded for being a regular "paying"customer.. In short, I am very unhappy with this experience. Furthermore, today is 8.18.22, 3 days later and I still have NOTeaten that sandwich that your lone on duty employee prepared for me that day. Don?t come here if you have allergies. I explained to them what they were and they refused to even try. Table where they make... sandwiches was filthy. After the first sandwich wasn?t good they make me another one but I had to pay for it as well. They bothwere terrible and had foods I could not eat on them! We just gave up and ate at home. They owe me money for two sandwiches. Alsowe had to wait 10 minutes because they ran out of money. Avoid this one! Go to the one on DuPont instead they are nicer. Read more

Worst Jimmy Johns ever! 2nd time in a row to place a order online to get there and they say the store is closed , sorry we can't... place your order. Only this time my husband drove all the way to the location and they claimed they had no bread and to wait 30minutes. Well 30 minutes goes by and my husband was told they are closing early and will not be able to make the food. Askedabout our money back and of course you have to wait 5-7 business days. Late at night, no notice, no phone call, no immediaterefund. Terrible customer service, the young employee didn't even apologize. I could give grace if this was the first time butit's not! Sad because there food is very good and one of our favorites but we will definitely NOT be returning ever again! Read more

Our food was absolutely phenomenal as it always is because Jimmy John's has great products however their customer service and... lack of quality employees is terrible. For the second time in a row we ordered online and still waited over a half an hour forour food. 4 sandwiches and they only had one other order the entire time I beat and waited for our food that should have alreadybeen done. When I arrived to pick up the food all the employees were hanging out in the back messing around doing nothing andour order and another order were hanging up on their sandwich boards. When someone finally helped me they said "let me see if Ican find your order oh here it is I'll make it right now.". Jimmy John's is supposed to be freaky fast but instead thislocation at least is lazy slow. Read more

Just opened my much anticipated sandwich. Very disappointed to find the crust burnt to charcoal! I like Jimmy John?s and have... never had an issue before. I think the store needs better staffing. The kids were a bit confused and the kid at the register hada difficult time making change because apparently the computer or register was down. I am not discouraged, just disappointed. Avoid this store. Orders are almost never right. Also, I ordered eight box meals a day ahead only to find out they had not even... started them until I arrived to pick them up. I waited 20 minutes to get my food. It didn?t help that the guy making thesandwiches was on his cellphone half the time I was waiting. After all that, the boxes were not complete and I had to remindthem I ordered drinks. I had been using this store for company lunches. Not anymore. And before you tell me to send the feedbackusing the link, don?t waste your breath. I did that last week and NO ONE CARES! Read more
