It makes me so sad to give a bad review. And I have ordered hundreds of pizzas from this location and it?s previous location in... the same shopping complex (both for my family and large groups of students) I live so close to this location and historicallyit?s been our favorite take out pizza. Over the past 3 months they are frequently closed at 5pm on a Friday or Saturday night. On occasion I have stopped in and found a full staff of employees horsing around but still unwilling to take my order. On oneoccasion an associate told me they were ?closed?because they didn?t feel like working and the store appears to be beyond fullystaffed with no pizza in the oven. On the rare occasion they will actually take my order the pizza has been very sad. Ifrequently get pizza where the sauce and toppings are piled up in the middle with the ?crust? or bare part of the pizza makingup almost 1/3 of the pizza from the outer edge in. Every time the middle is soggy and under cooked and the outer edge isburnt. I also frequently have to wait a very long time at the counter just to pick up the pizzas. I completely understand whenthe store is busy but when everyone is standing around telling jokes its really awkward when they know a customer is waiting atthe counter. I really hope things improve and I rooting for you to make it but major changes are in order. Read more

Ok. I was really ???? with this place. I have tried to place an order twice in the last 5 days. I kept getting the runaround by... this guy that said I had they weren't taking online orders. I knew that because I tried repeatedly to do so. I was trying tocall the order in, of course, instead. He put me on hold for half an hour with no joy. I called back and proceeded to get therunaround again. I asked for a manager and was put on hold again with no one picking up. At this time I was fed up and decidedto go to the store itself. It was closed! They said some vague story about needing to train a new manager. Well, they certainlyweren't doing it today. Why just not say "We are closed until such and such day?" Be honest instead severely upsetting people!!!Now you just look like liars. Which at least that person answering your phone certainly was... whether it was is choice or theowner's! Shame on you!! I wish I could give it a higher score because I know it?s locally owned and they work with local schools on fundraising... opportunities and that?s cool. But, we?ve had issues with them forgetting items on both delivery and carry out. The not localphone center can?t take local coupons and they waste so much time before transferring you to the store. The last order (earlySept 2022) was so greasy we took paper towels to both the pizza and calzone tops and under them to soak up all the grease. Iwasn?t surprised when I got a stomach ache from the grease. I wish I?d thought to take photos. It was SWIMMING in grease. Wehave more coupons to use so I may have to adjust what we order in the future. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager here is very unprofessional and rude. They made my cinnamon bread with icing... burnt and did not give me the icing for it. When I returned for the icing and a non burnt bread, I was told this was how itcame. The cinnamon makes it appear burnt (Black? Cinnamon?) She then proceeded to tell me I had to specifically ask for theicing and there was a charge for it. I told her it does not say that on the web order form, you only opt out of it. I ended upasking for a refund. Hopefully that goes through. Won't be returning until they have new management. She also stated she wasgoing to ban from any location in the area, not that it matters, I don't intend to return. Read more

It's probably been a year since we last ordered from this location. We stopped ordering here because they couldn't get our... order right. On a whim, we decided to try them again tonight. Big mistake. Huge! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I'vetaken three bites of a piece of pizza and literally cannot eat anymore. We ordered 3 pizzas...all 3 are like eating cardboard!There is very little sauce, pepperoni is very sparce and the crust is borderline burnt. What in the world?!!! Someone clearlyhates their job and doesn't care about quality at all. What we got served was pathetic uncalled for. These pizzas went into thetrash and we are currently waiting on Pizza Hut to deliver. I would warn anyone thinking of ordering here to think twice.
