ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! I'm sure they're super short staffed, but they're not handling it in a logical manner at all. First of... all, they changed their hours to 4-10pm, not even an 8 hour shift?? Whatever. But they're gonna just close whenever they wantnow I guess and it's not even reflected on google. And the absolute worst part about all of it is their GOD AWFUL automatedphone system. What kind of sense does it make to restart the effing menu if I try to press a number for the extension I alreadyknow? And then they're gonna have 15 million ads while I sit on hold for 20 minutes just to figure out what's going on. Why nottransfer some employees from other locations if you're that short staffed? You're on a college campus, I know there's plenty ofpeople that would work there if you paid more than the bare minimum. It's a shame because the food is good (when it's actuallymade right) but it seems to be getting worse every time I go. I doubt they genuinely care about customers experiences eitherbecause every reply to reviews on here is the same: "call this corporate number so we can learn more about your experience" nomf I'm telling you my experience right now. Placed an order at 9:17pm , they accepted the order and never began making it per the tracker, so I attempted to call the store... to cancel the order and sat on hold from 9:39 pm until there store close at 10pm, 19 minutes later. My gf called on a separatephone while I was on hold, was told she would be transfered to a Manger, and then sat on hold right along with me. Read more
This location has the store opening at 4 in the afternoon. How is anyone supposed to get anything from here with only evening ... hours. They aren't even open for a full 8 hours. You cant call on the phone because their automated system forces you to listento annoying ads repeatedly until someone picks up the phone. Heres a tip hungry howies, if im already trying to order at yourstore chances are I dont need to marketed to over the phone endlessly and your attempt most likely will make me not want thefood anymore. It's just sad because the food isn't bad and the two staff members who do work there are nice and fast. Somethingisn't right. Read more
Good food Decent prices Friendly workers Wings are delicious and cheap which can?t be said by many other chains.

We had carry out from here in the past and it wasnt bad, this time around we got breadsticks and a deep dish pizza. Bread was... great, pizza was a little overdone (toppings were extra crispy), and staff was friendly and attentive. Overall okay other thanthe overdone pizza. Take two- Pizza was phenomenal. 3 cheese with pepperoni. Toasted perfectly, topped correctly and perfectthin crust. Read more
Sadly not our day for pizza, I guess. Disappointing pizzas, burned and dry in places then unbelievably greasy in others. Same... exact thing with sandwich, SO greasy and burned in places. Was just not tasty at all. Really pricy for it all, too. Salad withthe pre packaged commercial dressing was okay. Read more
Messed up order, fixed it. Second pizza a little too brown but daughter said it was good. Would try them again.
