Hardee?s always has great customer service! Food is always fresh and hot.
This is on the Hardees side. The place was clean. However the manager there or person in charge had a major attitude. It?s not very often you can say a fast food joint did great but this one did and Mackenzie the manager was beyond outstanding.... We ordered a sandwich they did not end up having all the ingredients for she not only offered to make another sandwich butoffered us a refund. This manager was great she deserves a raise! Read more
I have visited this restaurant several times with no problems at all. However, this morning the lady that took the order was not... listening clearly and I had to repeat my order several times. Once the food is brought to my table, items were missing and I hadto go back up. A different worker took care of me and actually reminded her of what she had mistakenly left out. I could seethis interaction. She just laughed and rolled her eyes. If you?re going to have somebody working the front counter, they need tobe obsessed with customer service and attention to detail. Got tuna sub w/ a chips and drink. Then to Hardee's to get a small strawberry cone,number 10 large. Burger fresh w/ onion rings.... All of it on my side tasty! Mother loved her tuna of the sea sandwich ???? ????! Read more
Everything was great about our meal, the two male employees were great and friendly. A female employee entered in street clothes... and went to the back. As we were finishing our meal and getting ready to leave we noticed she had come to the front and wasmaking herself a sub. Just something off-putting to see as a customer. Read more
Went in close to breakfast being over but they were happy to serve us! We had a large order everything was fresh and so... delicious. No place can hold a candle to this fast food restaurant. I can't say enough about the food it was all so good! Ihave also had some of their sandwiches and chicken strips...so worth it! The manager was excellent and his whole staff..theycommunicated and all worked well together. This Hardees is doing it right! We will be back again and again! Read more
