This location used to be really good and fast, unfortunately not so much anymore. We haven?t been there in awhile but we... remembered it was good so we stopped in for lunch. The coke and Diet Coke was very nasty so we had to settle for somethingdifferent. It took awhile for us to get our subs, the employees were ?working? very slow. People had been waiting for awhile toget their food even before us. When our order finally got called they didn?t have the name correct so we didn?t know for sure ifit was ours. I went to the counter to ask what name they had called and they had forgotten what named they called already. OnceI found out it was our order I told them the correct name and walked away with our food, behind my back they looked at eachother and rolled their eyes at me (I only know this because who I was with witnessed it). After opening the wet bag our food wasin (not sure why the bag was wet) I realized we didn?t have our pickles. I?m not sure what?s going on but I can say that wewon?t go back there. Horrible experience both times I visited. I ordered 2 large Italian subs and got charged for 1 large and 1 medium. When I... told them of the error, mass confusion descended behind the counter. I told them to make me another large one in addition tothe previous order, and I was charged for another medium. When the tickets were printed to make my sandwiches, the level ofconfusion, incompetence, and lack of knowledge became painfully clear. It took them 30 minutes to figure out my order and I waslate for work. I will NEVER go to this location again! Read more
It is 6:30 pm I pulled up to the door and sent my son in for his dinner.the business hours say open till 9:00pm. The door was... locked and the open sign was off but nothing saying closed early. Then I seen a girl in the lobby and then 2 kids go out theback door. Open or not open? Read more
I understand if a place us busy you will wait a bit longer for food, however this was not busy and it was almost 45 minutes to... get 3 sandwiches. The two employees making the sandwiches were quite unsanitary in their handling of the food as well. Whenthey were making the food, the girl (longer red hair) had to go to the cooler, she never removed her gloves, she then had openedcupboards and handled items with the same gloves and continued to make people's food with the same gloves even though they were coated in foodstuffs. When we got our sandwiches the outer boxes looked as if they had been handled by a kindergarten childafter finger painting time. The soup containers had more of the lukewarm/tepid soup on the outside of the containers than theinside. Never once did I see them wipe down their prep area or wash their hands or change gloves. The person whom I assume wasthe manager on duty seemed to have a defeated attitude and didn't even interact with the employees and appeared to care about aslittle as they did with the quality of the product they were putting out. The counters and tables needed to be wiped down inorder to just sit to eat. I'd like to say that this was only as they prepared the 3 sandwiches I ordered but it was the entiretime we were there with every single sandwich. Majorly gone downhill. Over 8.00 for a small sandwich that was SUPPOSED to have 3 meats on it including bacon. No bacon. No... mustard. A couple slivers of union. It was mostly mushy lettuce, mayo and bread. This location used to be great, but the fellathat took my order did not listen to the customer more than once, acted like he couldn't care less to be taking my order or makeit. There were 4 people behind the counter, all bland and bored personality, borderline frustration...as 2 of them keptcomplaining about their day and all they had to do. None of them seemed very happy to be behind that counter tonight. About 4customers including myself stood around for 15+ minutes but everyone else in the store had already been sitting down and eating.One of the employees snook off to the table by the window to take a couple bites of his food while we were waiting on ours. Nofriendliness. No care. No more visits by me I'm afraid. I almost didn't go there this evening, but I hadn't been in years, so Idecided to go and was really looking forward to it. Should have looked at recent reviews first. Hopefully issues begin to getresolved around there. For now, don't bother. Read more
