Maybe it was because it was the weekend, maybe, reading the other reviews, it's SOP. Quite possibly one of the most unorganized... and chaotic scenes I've witnessed at a 'fast food' place. Hardly any donuts in stock. Couldn't hear half of what the cashierwas saying due to the in-store corporate radio being cranked up. Waited 15-minutes for my sandwich before being told they wereout of what I had ordered. They did refund my payment, though. Won't be returning. Read more

Visit there frequently, they're ALWAYS out of donuts! It's 10am and no more donuts... happens every day! Come on guys!!!... Probably costing the company $1000s just because they make the bare minimum daily! Read more

I went this morning and had the most amazing lady on the drive thru helping me today. Her name is Jada (sorry if I didn't spell... that correctly girl). I had a bunch of extra questions for her about a new drink and a large order and she was so helpful andpatient with me! When she brought my drink out to me she asked me to make sure that it tasted okay and it did and she stayed fora minute to have a great conversation with me. She made my rough morning feel a whole lot better. :) Read more

Went and got my birthday drink and the guy that took my order was snobby I asked about the drink I wanted to try and told him I... wanted light cream and asked what was all in it and he only told me 1 thing that was in it so it was super sweet and it was wayto cream it looked white I was very disappointed ???? Thus was drive thru order. No one in line and I really don't think anyone was inside. Ordered a cream cheese toasted bagel and... an order of powder sugar munchkins. I got a non-toasted bagel with a ball of cream cheese and an order of glazed munchkins.Real help needed Read more

Went inside, waited while staff walked past multiple times, working on drive-thru orders. Finally ordered and the young guy had... a hard time finding the jelly donut and chocolate iced long John I ordered. He went back and forth between the cases multipletimes and then he actually ended up putting a chocolate filled donut instead of jelly in the bag. Also if I hadn't been standingthere watching them make my coffee they would have gotten that wrong as well... Smh this location needs help! Read more

I would like to frame this review properly. I am a very understanding person with regards to the service industry as I?m in it... as well and know there is a lot that people my not know. With that said?. I am a long time DD customer and have been a loyalalmost daily customer of this location basically since they have opened. I am a familiar face, as I recognize the staff, ownerand managers. My wife and I order ahead using the DD app and give ample time for them to prepare our order. Typically I gothrough the drive thru as I can confirm other?s responses that tue lobby and dining room has been locked frequently for what Ican only assume is staffing issues. We all feel that pinch but at least up to todays interaction they have been sweet andaccommodating to me. I?ve been there so much that they actually told me to just announce myself at drive thru and say I have amobile order cause it?s a hot mic when you pull up. Cool that works. I get it your busy. I ordered ahead so it should already bemade and waiting right?? Nope. No longer. I think the staff had been told to not even START your orders (even if ordered ahead)until you arrive. What?!?! Also how can you get these orders mixed up when you?re not even entering in the ticket. It justcomes out, you read it and put on the pick up area to wait for the customer. Today the lead girl, who I?ve seen often, eitheris having a bad day or she had lost her mind. I announced my arrival in drive thru. Waited my turn and upon getting to Windowwas told to pull up and they would bring to me. To assist I just parked and came to the pick up area and waited patiently for mytwo just normal coffees. Nothing special. She handed me my coffees and stated to me, ?That was so rude, if you treat me likethat again I will refuse to serve you!? Being an understanding person and actually running late by waiting for my two coffeesfor almost 20 minutes (30 since ordered). I decided to not respond until in person to make a scene. B Read more
