I have never had a good experience at this Dunkin? Donuts. There was one person in front of me and still waited 20 minutes to... get 10 munchkins and a latte. Guy at window gave me 9 STALE munchkins and when I asked for the 10th (because toddlers need everyone) he gave me one that looked half eaten! Thanks dude. He also tried giving me someone else?s drink. Just pay attention! Youaren?t short staffed there were at least 3 employees and no one in line. Waited in line for exactly one hour. Would have pulled away but once you?re in line the parking lot is so small you?re stuck... there. Waited 10 min at the speaker before someone took my order. Found out they were out of most of their menu and creamers.Ordered munchkins and was told all they had left was the powdered sugar ones and I said that?s fine. Got told at the window thatthey didn?t have any left. Don?t use this location unless you have a spare hour to get disappointed. Read more
If I could give this place no stars I would.. waited in drive thru line over 35 mins, they really need to add a bail out line if... they are going to be this slow.. I get to the window and there is only one girl that is making the drinks, another girl nearthe donuts on her phone.. This is not the Dunkin that it used to be. It's been weeks now that they keep running out of their inventory but the app is not updated with what's available. Multiple... times after placing an order and paying for it through the app, we come to find out it's unavailable when picking up. So then weare given the choice of ordering a replacement food item or getting a refund. The taste of the same exact coffee order is alsovery inconsistent from day to day. Read more
I've never had a good experience with this Dunkin. I order almost exclusively through the app and drive thru, and they always... forget items and ask me to repeat parts of my order when I get to the window. The app never matches what donuts they actuallyhave on hand, so good luck picking your flavors beforehand. Drinks are inconsistent; I can order the same exact drink 10 timesand have it taste different each time. Food items are low quality and overpriced. Staff is usually nice but I'm guessing theyhave a high turnover rate because no one seems trained very well. Read more
