Very rude customer service. The staff saw me park my car and the woman on staff came up and locked the doors. Preceded to call... and she said she has no time to take an order Over the phone. She didn?t even let me explain what I wanted to do. I wanted topurchase 21 pizzas for Friday evening for a child?s fundraiser event and if I could order that many online?giving them enoughtime to plan. Cut me off and said to place the order online, I?m not helping you over the phone. Asked to speak with themanager. She said she was the manager and wouldn?t give me her name. Our pizza was 2 hours late. I would give 0 stars if I could We called them up after an hour of the pizza being in "quality... check" they told us our pizza was going to be on the way. Another hour rolls by and we have to call again, them telling us thesame thing they told us an hour ago that "It's going to be on the way" I know there are times when you have to wait and I'm avery patient person but 2 hours, really? Ordered pizza for a late lunch/ early dinner at work. Website loaded slowly. Could have been my service or the website. Never... got a confirmation email or text. Pizza showed up after 45 minutes. Pizza was smoking hot still and tasted fresh. Cheese didn'tseem all that extra even though it was an extra thing extra cheese, but it was still good. Could have definitely have been alittle crisper too. Overall not bad.
