** I emailed them and got NOTHING in response!!** Mark was my delivery driver. I recognized as the man who came into my work a... week or two ago and started a crazy rant about things that didn?t even make sense. Started yelling at us (My employers) abouthow ?Ignorant we were?. We had to deal with him an hour before he was escorted out and had the police called on him. I gelt sounsafe and uncomfortable when I realized who just delivered to my house!! We ordered carry out online. Everything went threw and was accepted. We got confirmation, sent to pick up the pizza, only to... find a single employee inside who locked the doors(was not closing time) and completely in ignoring my husband. Hours later weget a notification that the order was canceled. Never domino's again. Read more
I ordered two medium three topping pizzas, and a dessert. The pizzas delivered to me just had cheese one did not even have... sauce, only cheese and bread. I was really looking forward to my spinach Alfredo pizza, disappointment is a understatement. Thedessert was correct. I called the store and told them the situation in a calm manner. I was told that the manager personallymade my order and there was not a mistake, I offered to show my receipt and the cheese pizzas. I was told this happens all thetime and there?s nothing they can do. Then I was hung up on *twice after I said that didn?t seem fair for the price. I was calmand professional throughout the experience and tipped well. Long story short I will never order from domino?s again. I calledthe customer support line I?ve been on hold 45mins now. Two nights in a row they were not open when they said they were. I called in and asked when they closed and they told me... eleven. I ordered a pizza at 10 and it was ready around 1030. I could see my pizza ready through the front door. But the doorwas locked. The girl working there looked right at me and didn't do anything to signal that I could get the pizza. Read more
Don't order from this domino's unless you want BURNT and COLD food. It took an hour and a half to get this NASTY food to us and... we only live 3 miles from this store. When we called about it they acted like they could care less and hung up on us. Read more
I usually order from this location as it's close to me. They are pretty reliable as a pizza place can be. On New Years Eve I... ordered and they said it would be a few hours till delivery. Fine with me. Called back 3 hours later and the manager said myorder was cancelled for some reason. He made a new pizza and had it sent to me ASAP for free. The manager I think takes care ofhis customers and is responsible. Read more
One hour late and the manager thinks its okay to be 1 hour late. I love Dominos but I wont go this store as the store manager is... very loud, disrespectful. Manager dont want customer to be happy, she is just not nice. Go to Dominos on 1920 N Colliseum blvd -better food and great customer service.
