Ordered food for a family of 4. The app said 30-44 minutes. I called at 55 minutes and the manager was extremely rude and... disrespectful. I was in customer service for a couple decades and this person would have been demoted right away for hisbehavior. He said that the app is always wrong and that their delivery time was 1.5 to 2 hours. When the food finally came over1.5 hours after ordering it was barely room temperature and not good at all. We had similar service a couple weeks ago butthought that time was maybe a bad time but I guess it?s a normal thing for this location. I would not recommend anyone give thislocation your money. Ordered a pizza around 840pm via online ordering. Email came back saying order was successful and they were preparing order.... Around 915, I thought pizza should be here. Checked email and order was canceled and to call the store if I had questions. Manordered saying they were closed. I asked about my order and he said there was no order that had come through. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience? I placed an order before the store opened. I accidentally put carry out instead of delivery. So I... called as soon as they opened, a rude gentleman answered the phone pretty much trying to silence me by telling me the boss willhandle my matter when he comes in via 20 or so minutes from the time I called? I waited beyond 20 mins closer to an hourintentionally so I could speak to a manager. Called Profusely no answer no call back. Finally got to the point where I had toWALK up to the store to see what?s going on. The same man who answered the phone was in the store working appeared to alone.Told me he didn?t have a driver , a manager still hadn?t arrived , and basically didn?t have time to get to the phone due tobeing the only cook on duty. Honestly if I didn?t have to feed my kids I would?ve just Asked for a refund. Idk why and or what?sgoing on with dominos but I?ve had horrible x3 experiences every time I keep trying to eat here . Deliver order arrived over an hour after ordering. Was told 30 min on app. Order was never available for tracking via app.... Attempted to call store to check status of order. After 25 min on hold my wife left to just go pick up order. Food finallyshowed up, food was cold and unpleasant looking. Continued to try and get in contact with store regarding issues. Finally gaveup after 45 min of total time on hold without answer. Definitely would NOT order from this location again. Read more
First time trying deliver with the app! Cheeseburger Pizza was delicious! But I tried to tip the driver through the app for... contact less deliver! Don't think the tip part of the app works! Tip him in person next time! Read more
Why any of you thought it was a good idea at the store to put the ranch cup in the middle of pizza, causing what you see in the... picture, was a good idea is beyond me. Ignoring the fact that it basically ruined the slices in the middle, it's pretty damndisgusting since I have no idea where that cup was sitting, or what it touched before you decided the middle of my pizza was thespot for it.
