I am so thankful that while visiting Fort Wayne, Indiana from Texas a beautiful young lady both inside & out by the name of... Katelyn made my day!! She was so nice, kind, patient, caring & sweet! Sometimes one can misjudge a person without truly knowingwho they are. I highly recommend this place if your anywhere near here besides its a clean atmosphere, as well as healthy &clean eating!! Work on your core & make this place a staple in your dining room! ???? Absolutely delicious and fresh! Really wanted something healthy and nutritious to eat while in town and this was the best place... to go! 10/10 would recommend. I had the Greek chicken and quinoa bowl and gluten free Mac n cheese which was friggin amazingbtw. Read more
So I this is the third time I've had poor customer service. Today I went in and supposedly they had signs that said cash only... on the doors. So I missed that, ordered my food and not once did the person at the start of my order say anything about cashonly. You would think if the card machine was down you would mention that it's down when 80% of people use card and most peoplecould care less what a freaking door says. My total was 15$ and had 12$. The employees just stood there and didn't sayanything about maybe excepting the cash I had. Now they lose a 15$ sale because they didn't except slightly less. Maybe one ofthem wanted my meal?? I used the app and ordered a regular sized chicken Cobb bowl which comes with kale, romaine, hard boiled egg, avacado, and... bacon. I also added cucumber, tomato, carrots, and white cheddar. Do you see any egg, bacon, avacado, romaine, or cheese onthis? Nope me neither. Normally love this place and I love that it is so healthy. But for the price I paid for this meal andthen to get home and see that half the order is missing is really disappointing. Update: Ordered again using the app. Orderedthe southwest chicken bowl and subbed out the purple rice for kale. Again half the ingredients missing. No tomatoes, no avacado,no tortilla strips, no pickled jalapeño. Also I sent email to the address I was given at my last review for the credit and Iwas never responded to. I never have any problems when I go in store and order but apparently ordering from the app is adifferent story and half the ingredients are always missing. Read more
