Ordered 3 whoppers with Cheese and a chicken sandwich. They read the order back and said 2 regular whoppers and 1 with cheese.... We told them three times that all three were supposed to have cheese and they said they got it. Recieved 2 without cheese and arodeo burger instead of the chicken sandwich. Only one thing was correct. We can handle a mistake but acknowledging the mistakeand saying you'll fix it and then leaving it as it was is just disrespectful. Read more
Huge shout-out to the lady running drive through last night around 10:15pm. I was on break and on a huge time crunch and the car... ahead of me was waiting at the handout window for a good portion of time. The line was very slow. The Kids meals didn't have toys in them. They didn't have apple juice. They messed up my order.... Honestly, all of that is forgiveable and not worth a review... It's fast food. I get it. However, the staff at the window werevery rude, and because of that, I would avoid this burger king. There are better options. Read more
Went to this BK the other day and ordered some food. Surprisingly the line went through sort of fast (usually this is not the... case) but when I got my food I respectfully asked for extra sauce and the girls behind the window flat out told me NO. I wouldhave paid for the extra sauce but they just kept saying there is sauce in the bag when I clearly knew that. Employees at thislocation always have and always will be rude. Read more
