Awful experience, never going back. They think its funny to give a vegetarian a chicken sandwich instead of the impossible... burger I had ordered. Had I eaten this, I could have been very sick. Staff was very rude; there was what looked like spit on myfries and my drink was also incorrect. They seemed angry and complained about having to make fries saying I was too late whenthey didn?t even close for another two hours. Do not go here. Read more
Worse breakfast ever and poor service. I waited ten minutes until someone decided to take my order of French Toast Sticks. Then... I took a bite of my french toast sticks and they were so soggy that I felt nauseous. I was going to go up to the cashier and askfor my money back but not a single person was at the counter. Arrived at 10:58 and went to the drive through because i was hungry for a big mac but then some guy told me in a very unpolite... and mean way that he wasn't going to serve me because i was on a bike... Why does it matter what vehicle I'm using? All i wantedwas a big mac! Well I guess they're losing a valued customer... i guess ill have to go get a whopper and some chicken fries frommcdobalds... Unfortunately not a great experience. Lobby pop machine not working, not clean, one ladies bathroom stall out of order, a bunch... of receipts left on counter and an empty coin roll paper. Got food fairly quickly though, and it was good. Read more
I?ve traditionally gotten decent service at this place, but I won?t be coming back after today?s experience. Made a mobile... order. Gave them the number at the drive-through. The cashier in a condescending way asked me if that was my name. Laughed. Itold her that was the order number and gave her my name. She and someone standing near her started laughing. I chalked it up toa couple of teens feeling silly I suppose. Was surprised to see that they were two older women behind the window that should?veknown better. At the window every time it shut, the lady would yell loudly to smile. Did this to me 2 or three times. After Iwas given my food, I asked another woman to come over and asked for names so I can report my experience to management. She toldme she was the manager and to have a good day and shut the window. I sat there and waited for someone else to come. A thirdperson came also claiming to be the manager and told me to leave after refusing to give me any information to report theexperience. Just wanted to pick up my mobile order and had one of the rudest exchanges I?ve ever had at a fast food place.Anyway, just sharing to warn you about what you may encounter. Quick service but our food was barely warm. They messed up our cheeseburgers... No cheese on any of 3 in order but considering... they weren't hot the cheese wouldn't even have been melted so reheated and added at home. The best part of the meal was ourfries. Hot, crispy and NOT tasting of old grease or extremely salty. 5 ? to the person working the fryers and drive throughwindow. Read more
I was just there in the drive-thru. There was only 2 people working and they were kind and efficient. Our food was delicious and... the service was phenomenal! I was very pleased! Thank you! Read more
