Ordered curly fries extra crispy. They were just warm, limp & not crispy. Big disappointment since we went there for their... fries. Wings were good. Our party of 3 went after a tasting session at EE'S winery. Wasn't too busy and we sat in bar. We got there about 7pm and got... our soft drinks and ordered entrees. At 8pm we still have not gotten our entrees,we walked out. Waitress did walked by our table multiple times to go out to patio, but only once stopped to tell us our food was on the way at about 7:20pm Horrendousservice! A completely wasted experience. They are more interested in nickel and dimes than providing quality food. They have started... charging a .99 cent fee for take out orders. Seriously, why in the world is there a fee for takeout? They don’t bring it tothe car, or anything like that. Are we paying for the boxes? Do they charge you if you sit in the restaurant and then take foodhome? Also, the ultimate nachos no longer come with chili; you have to add it, as an up-charge. I spoke to the manager, nothingchanged. Just the old, these are changes from the corporate office… very disappointing. I won’t be giving them any more ofmy money. Read more
Waited 45 minutes for our food. Boneless & traditional wings and fries were cold. My traditional drums were the size of my 4... year old grandsons finger and we’re not crispy at all. Rubbery skin with just a smear of sauce on them. Spoke to the manager,Skyla. She told us that she made our food and it was hot. Really? How long did it sit in the window before someone brought it tothe table? She said all she could do was make us new….ummm….sorry we don’t have time to wait 45 more minutes! She alsosaid that the size of the wings were what they got, so nothing she could do about it. She appeared very disinterested and bored.Not caring about her guests at all. Our last 3 experiences at this bdubs location: 1. In a mostly empty dining area, it took almost an hour and a half to get our... food. We wound up being there for over 2 hours. Mostly waiting on food and our check. 2. Wife and I went into the bar fordrinks. Sat at a table. Got up and left after over 20 minutes of not being acknowledged by any of the servers or bartender. 3.This last Saturday. Once again, in a mostly empty dining area it took well over an hour to get our food. Most of us sat withempty glasses of beer or soda for the majority of that time. After finally getting our check and leaving, not 5 minutes laterthose of us that ate bone in wings all were violently ill with food poisoning. Never again. Read more
The staff is awesome !!! We just ate on the patio on a super hot day and the attention to detail was phenomenal! Over the top... accommodating (the extra water refreshments were very welcome for a fellow not dressed properly for the heat)! And, by the way,the food was great! Read more
Pretty decent wings, staff was attentive and restaurant overall clean. This is your standard wing, burger, and rib place. We did... enjoy the medium garlic, and the red Shanghai sauce (sweet spicy). They have drinks as well with some craft beers. 3.8/5 Read more
Well just like everywhere in town, hard to get good help. My wife ordered food to go. The girl she was talking to sounded like... she was on drugs. She had to keep repeating herself speaking very slowly. It was not a complicated order. She checked everythingbefore leaving, but there was a wrong flavor of wings and so she called the manager.
