Experince was awful! Lobby was closed 3hrs early. No sign no nothing...Called the store to ask if they were open. They were..... Asked us to go thru drive-thru. They were short handed so they had to close lobby down. I finally get to order...I asked for abanana split. They were out of bananas. I asked for pistachio and they were out. I asked for rocky road. Wow took my granddaughters for ice cream only 12 flavors to choose from. No waffle cones and my spoon was a toaster spoon. When... I asked the lady why she really didn't want to answer. She mentioned to me they were cleaning the freezer. No reason for myspoon or waffle cones. Usually the service is much better. Disappointed ???? Read more
I walked into the lobby of the location by 740pm. There was one customer ahead of me that was taking her time sampling many... different flavors. She finally made her decision, received her scoop, paid for it & sat down. The employee came towards me alittle bit later and said "I'm sorry but the Lobby closed at 745pm so if you want anything you will have to go through the drivethru..EVEN THO I WAS IN THE LOBBY PRIOR TO CLOSING! Just went to Baskin-Robbins it was Terrible service. Order 2 scoop sunday with hot fudge I got 1 scoop (didnt look like a scoop)... and chocolate sauce. Restaurant review For such a large town as Fort Wayne, I am surprised that there is only one Baskin Robbins. There is something... about this being the iconic ice cream chain that I always wanted to go to as a kid. The pro's is the Baskin Robbins variety ofice cream along with their ice cream cakes which are better than DQ birthday cakes. The bad is the super slow service with aline often going to the door as it is a Dunkin Donuts as well. During these covid times, you don't really want to be clusteredtogether with other people. I was able to order an ice cream Disney Princess cake which looked exactly like the advertisementwhich was a plus for my daughter's birthday. Nobody knows what they are doing, they aren't friendly, I had to fill out my own cake order form only for them to lose the order... . Not happy and will not go back which is sad because I used to work at a baskin Robbins and it was great but it definitelyshows the managing is terrible. Read more
