I was told by the night time manager they no longer cut the meat to order when I requested my roast beef thinly cut. This was a... lie as confirmed by the day time manager the next day. Needless to say, my order (minus the fries) was awful. Seems like thisplace has really fallen off over the years. The manager was nice and offered a replacement order in the future, but I'm in norush to return. Read more

Might have been one of my best visits to an Arby's. The nicest employee was at the other end of the speaker taking my order.... She was very kind, patient with my questions and quick to take my order. At the window, she was just as pleasant and wasefficient getting my order around.
