Ordered 2 sandwiches from here. The smokehouse brisket sandwich and the chicken Bacon Swiss. They were made quickly and the... woman who got my order was friendly. This one has been hit or miss lately. The dining room is not always open. Also, be sure to ask for any of the sauces that are... supposed to come with the meal. I tried the hushpuppy fish and they did not give any tartar sauce for them. Even though this wasexplicitly listed on the receipt. Read more
Is there any good Arby's left in Fort Wayne?! I'll answer that for you. No! The food is never fresh! The chicken nuggets are... stale! You might get lucky, getting fresh food when they are busy. Good luck seeing that. I never see a line of cars in thedrive thru. Idk. I think this was the last straw! Read more

Everytime I come here, the employees have the doors locked to the dining room! I think we can all agree the days of covid are... over, and closing lobbies is no longer acceptable and just lazy. I keep trying to give them a chance because I used to work for an Arby's, the food is good, IF IT'S FRESH. They forget sauces or... full items from my drive thru order. Workers are nice but if I can't get what I pay for, the restaurant is not doing theirjob. Also, personal gripe, not sure why they took floats off the menu when they still have the ingredients. They COULD stillmake them and just charge for a smaller shake. Read more
