I never post reviews. I waited for a very long time in a empty restaurant. I was put off many times.. The lady that was at the... drive threw was so rude. I ordered roast beef sliders and there was VERY, VERY little meat. I took it to the counter and asked "Is this really how this... is suppose to be? The girl looked at it and me and said "yes". It was 90% bread ! I've been to a lot of Arby's that servemeat with their sliders and this place is the worst one. I should have left it on the counter for them because it wasn't wortheating. VERY disappointed. Makes me want to avoid all Arby's for a while and I'll never go back to this one again. Read more
Drove through and got two sandwiches and mozzarella sticks and an ice water on a hot summer day. The guy gave me the mini size... cup and I asked could I either have a bigger water or another small one. He said they?d have to charge me for any more water, soI passed. The cup was almost all ice, so barely any water. I ate in my car and went inside after to get more water and to ask ifthat was some new policy, to charge for water and only give the smallest cup. The guy in front of me ordered a water and he wasautomatically given a big cup, so obviously not a policy to give the tiny one. When I got to the register, the drive through guycame up instead of the other cashier and I asked again about the water. He was very rude and said yes that?s the policy and Ican talk to the manager. So I did and the manager said no, there is no policy like that, they only charge for the largest sizeof water and the drive through guy was wrong and should have given me more. Also, the mozzarella sticks were cold and there wasso little roast beef on the sandwiches that I had to combine the meat from both to make one regular sandwich. Read more
Last few times I've been here the roast beef has been cut so thick you can't eat it because of how tough it is. Decided to give... them another chance by making sure when I order I ask if they can cut the roast beef thinner. The lady snaps at me and says theywill make it as thin as they can. I pay for my order don't get a hello nor a have a good day. Lady is completely rude. I pullout my sandwich and the roast beef still not cut right. I know they could make it thinner because I use to work for Arby's backin the day. Instead of them focusing on their new burgers they need to focus on cutting the meat right as they are waitinginventory. Never will I be back! Read more
Really disappointed in the service at this Arby's location. I ordered 6 sandwiches at the drive through for my family and... realized after I pulled forward that I forgot to ask for the Arby's sauce. I was going to walk into the lobby and get some, butit was closed and the line was extremely long. Since I was parked I waited for the current car to pull away and walked up to thewindow. Another nice customer waited for me. I smiled and was polite and said I forgot to ask for Arby's sauce and the guy atthe window gave me 3 packets. I asked for a few more and he insisted there was a shortage. I said that I had 6 sandwiches andasked for at least one packet per sandwich and he reached into a container and got as many as he could fit in his hand andliterally threw them at me. I was shocked. Some hit the ground, I caught quite a few of them. If you are having a shortage,maybe don't throw stuff at people? Maybe be polite? This was my worst ever Arby's experience. Despite this being the closestlocation to my home, I won't be back here. I will be driving further to avoid this location. Read more
Update: This Arby's location worked to make it right. I had a disappointing visit once, but will try this Arby's again. Got... some coupons in the mail because this Arby's location got a new look. One of the coupons was for a free sandwich. I make aspecial trip to this Arby's to get this sandwich. When I go through the drive thru, I was told I can not use this coupon. Sheclearly knew which coupon I was referring to. I pointed out what the coupon said and that it was not yet expired. I was thentold that "the marketing team took it off the register so they could not ring it up". I said, so I have a good coupon, that youknow about, that has not expired, and you gave me and I can't use it. She said yes. I pulled out of the drive thru and wenthome. I am not upset with the woman working the drive thru. I am upset that this Arby's sent me coupons that I can't use. Don't give out coupon that you are not willing to make good on. Read more
Ordered using the app. Arrived to a line around the building. I call and a maggie answers and says yes you need to wait in the... line. No biggie..... get to order area and gentlemens says just pull around back your order has been ready. After 12 minutes indrive thru. Get home wifes beef and cheddar bread is stale and falling apart. My beef brisket bacon beef dip meal is dry and noaujus came with the meal. Seriously disappointed. Read more
Stopped in, thinking Arby?s would be back to the old Arby?s where it was the best fast food around. The fries were as cold as... outside. The roast beef was so soggy it made the bread wet and disgusting and smelled like it been sitting for a long time. Iwill never ever go to Arby?s again. It was totally disgusting. Read more
