Our waitress Katlain forgot about us, so we sat for 20 minutes after we finished, waiting for her to bring the check while she... went to other tables, chatted at the bar, and just hung out. I used to forget this Applebee's location existed. With servicelike this, I can safely go back to forgetting. When we finally got the check, we were charged for food we didn't receive. Wealso didn't get steak knives for our steak, but may be able to whittle some before we leave. Read more
I have tried so many times to give this place the benefit of the doubt. And every single time we decide to give it yet another... try because of the convince of location. I will gladly drive clear across town and then to a different restaurant and avoid thiswhole place all together. Was quoted about 30 min for carry out and once I processed the payment it went from 30 min to over 2hours. No big deal, we will just pick it up. I?ve called and called and called over and over again and I can?t even get anyoneto answer the phone. You will never receive another penny from me ! Read more
The food was great! The waitress Brittney who helped us out was amazing and she was pretty much running the restaurant by... herself. The manager and the bus boy were both sitting down in a booth on their phones and I didn?t see anyone else helpingthis hard working woman. She was cleaning the tables, seating customers, serving orders, taking orders, and trying to open thebar all at the same time. She should be running this restaurant. Brittney receives 5 stars and the rest of the people workinghere get 1 star. I would expect more from a manager. If it weren?t for her, we wouldn?t be coming back. Read more
The staff did an amazing job of doing what they could with what they had. There was a health emergency when we pulled up and... they were already short handed. They were diligent with explaining the situation and very pleasant in the process. Despite thethings outside of their control, we got good service in a good time. Read more
